    "Seo Jisoo's side... 'We have never privately settled the malicious rumors... to take legal action' [Official Statement]"

    The group Lovelyz's agency, Woollim Entertainment, will take legal action on the homosexual sexual harassment rumors regarding Seo Jisoo.

    An official of Woollim Entertainment said, on the 18th, that A and the three people who have spread false information accusing Seo Jisoo will face charges of defamation. The three, including Mr. A, have previously been fined for spreading false information about Seo Jisoo.

    Woollim Entertainment's claim is as follows. They have never acknowledged the malicious rumors of Seo Jisoo, never offered a settlement first, nor have they solicited/bribed. An official from Woollim's side explained that A's side, after the spreading of the false information, contacted them first for a compromise.

    After, Woollim Entertainment and A's side wrote an agreement and withdrew the complaint. The agreement was that A was to not mention anything related to Seo Jisoo on the internet, and a violation of the agreement will result in a 100 million won compensation. 

    The official said, by an anonymous media with the interview, that a previously unsolved rumor was brought up again. It was determined that A, in this context, broke the agreement by uploading related materials.

    Woollim also plans to sue Internet users who spread malicious comments about Seo Jisoo, even in the future.

    Lastly, the official stated that they are in the midst of taking action against B, who also spread baseless false information to the media.
