Ugh that line at the end of ep 17 that Kim Tan said to Young Do "You can have her" Freaking one of my biggest pet peeves with this drama. I mean how much longer are they going to keep treating her like a possession and not an actual human being? She has made her choice to be Kim Tan over Young Do very clear throughout the whole show. But what, are we suppose to disregard all that and swoon over how selfless Kim Tan is being by giving his permission to some guy to "have" Eun Sang. Let alone a guy she has never shown romantic interest towards?! Ugh come on! This honestly just makes me roll my eyes.

I find it kind of sad that this will probably end up being one of the most popular kdramas and so many better ones are just gonna be swept under the rug. It's gonna be like BOF all over again, extremely popular even after so many years, but lacks the quality to support any of its hype.

I feel you man, I feel you. Hair down Woo Bin is like the cutest thing since puppies and kitties were invented I legit have no idea what is going on with me, I haven't fangirled this hard over anybody in a long time

No I'm too shy Maybe one day I'll be brave enough lol
-
Please stop. My fangirl heart is not strong enough for this

really? cool beans. idk why but I got the impression that a lot of people didn't like it. Some Taeyang fans were even called delusional for liking it.

Ringa Linga is freaking fantastic. It's been how many weeks, and yet I'm still not tired of it.

I think to me what makes him very attractive is how charismatic he is onscreen, but also how adorable he is off it. I remember I was watching that Running Man Heirs special and he was just freaking hilarious there! I was literally laughing till my stomach hurt. I do wonder how he would look with different shaped eyebrows though And ugh It's times like these that it sucks to be an intl fan cause I just really wanna watch the movie, but I don't even know how long It'll be before it's available and subbed online
-
haha really? Thats so cool! Glad I'm not the only one that feels this way I feel that about you're Woo Bin comments as well! It's like I don't know what it is, but something about him is very attractive. and btw you're sig is so hypnotizing!

Seriously though what are they gonna do for the next 6 episodes... I mean what more is there to drag out? The plot is already as thin as possible. I definitely think this would have been a lot better if it was only 16 episodes.

Yay and official thread! And I can't believe the guy was only on screen for like 5 minutes, but I already have the seconds lead syndrome.

hmm yeah it could be that she was just sad to see him go. I'm just gonna believe that and hope for the best!
-
But in the opening scene it didn't really look like she was in love with him I really hope that's not how it ends. I just want them to fall in love with each other and live happily ever after lol
-
Omg so does that mean there's a chance they'll end up together!?
-
this part was freaking hilarious

I really hope the husband ends up being Chilbongie, they would just make such a cute couple.

Character development for Young Do And ugh the writer better start giving Bo Na and Chan Young more screen time! Better yet just make them the main couple, I think that would make for a much more interesting drama.

I love how carefree Kim Tan was in ep 13, which I'm pretty sure had a lot to do with the fact that he finally got to reveal the truth about himself. I like him the best when he's this playful, snarky, and hilarious. I loved all the cute scenes he had with Eun Sang in this episode. And it took about 13 eps but I'm finally starting to like them as a couple, better late than never I guess. I also loved how truly evil Young Do looked at the end of this episode. I thought we had seen the worst of him in the early episodes, but I guess that was just the tip of the iceberg. I really like how he can go from adorable and vulnerable to truly frightening in a matter of moments. I like his character the most cause you just never know what he's going to do next. Which makes me wonder how much worse he's gonna get before he gets better.

Right! Like um yeah no one changes that much in three years It would have been so much better if they just used the same actors and just maybe style their hair a different way. yeah I definitely think Woo Bins acting has a lot to do with my love for Young Do's characters. Cause on paper he really does sound like a complete asshole, but Woo Bin adds a lot of charisma and vulnerability to the character.

"I don't know how to cope with the scars in my heart. How can I deal with yours?" - Young Do This line was so amazing and so unexpected, that I actually had to press pause for a moment. And ugh I felt so bad for Tans mom this episode. I can't even imagine how hard it must have been for her to live those 3 years without anyone by her side. Poor lady I keep wondering though why didn't they cast actual teenage actors for this? There is plenty of really popular ones right now, like Kim So Hyun, Yeo Jin Goo, and Kim Yoo Jung. I just think this drama would have been a lot more believable if the characters all actually looked like high schoolers, and not like full grown adults.

He just needs to stop looking so perfect.

Yah you're right. One is emotionally abusive and the other one is physically abusive. I don't find one better than the other. What I do find better though is when someone is showing progress towards becoming a better person. Which in ep 11 Young Do did. He opened up more and actually tried to do something for her benefit (like the scene where he threw the girls shoes in the bucket as revenge. Lol it was really petty and ridiculous, but thats how his personality is at this point.) I'm not saying he is perfect, or that he should be forgiven for all the shit he has done in the past and is still doing, but hey there is still 9 episodes to go so lots of room for character development! And I'm sure they're taking him in the direction towards redemption anyway. Also lets not forget that Kim Tan was just as physically abusive towards all the kids at the school too. And honestly not every one who is shipping them is doing it because they want her to heal him. I, personally, just find that they have a whole lot more chemistry together whereas Kim Tan and Eun Sang are just extremely boring in comparison. Also what is so wrong with her 'healing' him. He is obviously an abused and neglected kid, so is it so wrong to want someone to help him out of this misery? The cycle of abuse is really hard to break, so if there is someone who can help stop him from turning into his father, all the better. Now don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to glorify an abusive relationship, and I would never want her to be with him romantically while he is still this messed up, but I don't think there is anything wrong with just being his friend or at least just talking to him. Later on when he has healed his wounds, and learned how to deal with his frustration and anger in a healthy way, I don't see what would be so bad about them being together. And about Young Do's father objecting to their (nonexistent at this point) relationship/ friendship, I think that would be a great motivation for Young Do to finally stand up and win against his father, to finally stand up against all the abuse he has been put through his whole life. I think that would be a first great step towards healing and redemption, and ultimately becoming a better human being. And honestly idk if Kim Tan is or isn't afraid to go up against his family. On one hand he did come clean to his mother about liking Eun Sung, but would he be able to do the same with his father? And also that time when he freaked out when Rachel wanted to call of the wedding made him seem very wishy-washy, like what does he want exactly? To keep treating Rachel like trash, but still stay as his fiancee?. So at this point idk what he would do when the time comes to choose between Eun Sang and his family. I'm just gonna wait until ep 12 to see how things with Young Do/Eun Sang continue to progress.
-
yeah you're right they are both controlling, but at least Young Do admits to it. Like in one of the episodes he said something along the lines of 'do I have to bully you for you to pay attention to me.' He admits it and knows that he's a bastard. With Kim Tan it's different because we're suppose to find his gestures cute and romantic. Like when he forcefully kissed her to make her stop talking to Young Do, or when he kept telling her do this or go there, or the time he wouldn't let her leave his room. I'm pretty sure those scenes were written with the intention of being romantic. Kim Tan just cant seem to understand that his words and actions are very stalker like. So yeah both are assholes, but Young Do is the only one who admits it, and if you can admit that you have a problem then you have a better chance of fixing it.
