Tao isn't a victim in the case because he brought it on himself. He is the one who personally interacted with his haters. He is the one who chose to call them names. He is the one who decided to compare China to Korea. End of.

There's a certain train of thought that separates emotional children from logical adults. Emotional children would think: YES, I'M GONNA PRAISE TAO because SOMEONE needs to drag those haters! TAO IS UNIQUE. Most idols don't say shit but he's calling them all LOSERS. #TAO4PRESIDENT. Logical adults would think: Tao should ignore the online hate. Not only is he feeding into their negativity, but he might say something reckless. He should focus on his fans and the people who love him instead of giving ANY acknowledgment to people who clearly want him dead. Tao, much like his fans, reacted like an emotional child. What did it do for him? Oh yeah, it made Chinese people, as an ethnicity, fucking hate him. All because he couldn't be the bigger person and not respond to a couple of trolls. You must really care about Tao's well-being and future if even after seeing the hate he's getting, you are still ENCOURAGING his "god-send" antics, which is really just him acting like a sensitive baby instead of taking he higher road. But see, I said a long time ago that Tao's mouth would get him into trouble. His fans praised the fact that he was "bold" and told people off on Weibo. But, it was a mistake. He's reckless, and said things that were obviously going to piss Chinese people off. A lot of the hate that he receives is his own fault because he just has/had to react to everything. I don't condone the death threats and insults, and I almost feel bad for him. However, Tao should have been more wise and realized that pissing off Chinese people (who are like some of the most nationalistic people on Earth) was not a good idea. He should have known that someday, they would probably be his only lifeline.

If two girls were giggling together and being touchy-feely, most people would think they're close/best friends. However, if you were to swap one girl out with a guy, people would see their interactions differently and think that they are a couple or romantically involved, even if they're purely platonic in reality. You're like these people — which are the majority of people on Earth. You are unable to register very visible feelings of romance unless it's attached to a relationship, or what is "most likely" a relationship. You don't seem to understand that "romance" is all around us. Acts of "romance" are all around us. "Romance" can be just wanting to spend time with a person and the special glances and feelings that are felt when in each other's company. Romance can be just the little things that people do for each other. I mean, a girl can treat her female friend the way she would a boyfriend or a partner, such as buying her things or cuddling or wanting to spend time with her, and that doesn't make her a lesbian. Female friendships are often times very close and affectionate, and sometimes intimate, but the girls are not attracted to each other and don't identify as bi/lesbian in any shape or form. And they don't have to, because.... YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE A GAY MAN/LESBIAN WOMAN/BI TO HAVE/SHOW ROMANTIC FFFFEEEELLLLIIIINNNNGGGGSSSS FOR SOMEONE OF THE SAME SEX.

Does anyone have examples of Baek acting thirsty/different around men? I like how hypocritical people in this thread can be. Some of you were joking about fangirls and how they'd excuse away two male idols having a sex tape with "they're just cuddling" or "that doesn't make them gay". Meanwhile, we have Baekhyun who is in a long-term relationship with a girl, but y'all still insist that he's gay and are going as far to say that Baekyeon is a conspiracy/cover up. Please stay consistent. Then the logical question is why? Why would SM stage two of their most popular idols kissing in a car? What would they have to gain from that? The answer is nothing. They have nothing to gain. So then you'll probably say that it was a cover up. Mmk, do you have evidence for that or nah? And also, sure, Baek is the only member in a confirmed relationship, but almost every single member in K is rumored to be dating a girl. More of the members probably are dating, they just haven't been caught yet.

Oh, I think Kai is straight as well. I also think Sehun is straight. However, I don't think one has to identify as gay to have romantic feelings for someone of the same sex. Because that's what I think Sehun and Kai have. I think that they have found something in each other, maybe spiritual, mental, or emotional, that's formed love between them. I guess I would describe it as an attachment, or a certain intimacy. Meaning, they enjoy just about all the benefits of what a great couple could be, without being sexual. And really, romance has more to do with love, whereas sex, in itself, is purely carnal. So if y'all want to always say that Taohun are "fucking" and this and that, go ahead. But I doubt there's love between them. So, who's really "real" here?

1. Following this, people should think D.O. and Chanyeol are dating, seeing as they have a lot of off camera interaction. But they don't. The same thing with Kai and Taemin. They hang out a lot as well, but I don't see this thread jizzing over them. 2. Are you suggesting that Sekai are fanservice? Because they also have moments backstage. Perhaps not as much as what Taohun used to have, but they have been seen going out to eat together, walking to and from SM together, and most recently, together all the time during rehearsal. Besides, none of us really know what happens when the curtains close. Tao and Sehun might be driving around in their fancy cars at night, but Sehun could be all over Kai during the day. I mean, we just never know. And realistically, the only reason Sehun chooses to do these kinds of things with Tao is because Kai doesn't want to. It's not something he's interested in. 3.
