preparation for college stuff so serious and scary it's starting in April so it's pretty soon. the enrolment package just came in today.

  that's horribly slow :< i admire you for being able to tolerate it hahah   yeah i'm on windows and i checked the programdata files and realised that there were quite a lot of weird stuff so i deleted them but it still didn't work ;;  would doing those steps clear all the data in my computer? sounds kinda complex ...

  the download speed is 46.63mbps while the upload speed is 40.35mbps  nah it freezes and sometimes the webpages wouldn't respond 

Hello, I've been having this problem for quite some time now and I'm not sure how to fix it so here it goes.    Whenever I try to play videos, either on my computer or on a website, be it YouTube, Dailymotion, Vimeo, Tumblr, Vine etc the video would take a few minutes to play, and if I pause the video, it sometimes wouldn't continue playing and I'd have to refresh the page and even then, the video wouldn't play immediately so it gets a bit annoying. This problem used to only happen in videos but now it has reached iTunes has well. I can't the pause the music or else later when I click play, it wouldn't play immediately. Sometimes when it switches songs, the next song wouldn't play immediately as well.    Also sometimes when I use chrome the pages would take abnormally long to refresh or load the home page.   What should I do ;;; I hope my description of the problem is clear enough and thanks in advance
