I agree, she really was unprofessional and really didn't need to say anything. It just fueled more people to bash the movie, and now look at where we are, smh. I'm glad some of those comments brought up how it was the movie and not Kris' acting because I'd have to agree. There was just so much hype for this movie that in the end it really wasn't all that was hyped up to be. And yeah, Kris' acting really wasn't bad for his first time. It was even better than I expected that some scenes even surprised me. He just needs to work on his facial expressions a bit when it came to certain scenes (ie. staring into his partner's eyes full of "passion" lol). All in all, I hope his future films will have better direction/script to work with~

I ended up watching the movie twice lol. The storyline was kinda cheesy but cute at the same time~ and I'm so proud of Yifan's first lead movie role! Although there were some parts when I couldn't unsee the WYF that we know and love that I ended up giggling to myself xD but overall he did better than I expected I feel he can only get better from this point onwards and it makes me so excited to see his development as an actor in his future films Unfortunately, it's too late And tbh, I'm not worried about KrisHan. Their popularity is still really hot ("fresh meat" and all it's glory!) that companies would be crazy not to want to work with them. While CCTV unfortunately had to let them go (still fuckin' pissed off and will never forgive SM's bs slandering. And tbh, friggin' CCTV would've attracted more viewership ratings from the younger generation around the world if KrisHan remained on the lineup... sigh), it should only be that event alone that was affected since they're strict on tradition and "clean" records from the guests that they invite... Like I said in my previous post, it's still considered a rumour. As for Fading Wave, Kris' role in that movie is more of a supporting character and so won't always need to be on the set, so he could very much film both movies throughout the year. Notice how his hair is dyed dark nowadays. The paparazzi footage that caught him filming Fading Wave was when he had bleached hair. So his scenes will probably not be needed again until a later time (fyi: I'm only speculating).

For me, I got into EXO since their teaser era. I was mostly a Kai stan before but Kris also always caught my attention bc of his good looks and background (since I'm also from Vancouver~). For awhile it was Kris and Kai that were my number 1 biases, until I saw them during SMTown LA and had a small moment with Kris. Since then, I couldn't help but naturally pay more attention to him and how he was always so warm and kind to his fans and the people around him. He seemed so down-to-earth and not like any other idol I've come across. People may have disregarded him as someone "useless" in EXO, and tbh his rapping wasn't really my thing either, but his leadership skills without a doubt was really admirable, and I sensed a kind of determination in him that strived to do the best he could. I'm the kind of person that likes to root for the underdog so seeing someone like him improving and surprising us in ways we've never expected was something that made me really happy. The fact that he wanted to keep his background private and always tried to protect his mom and his family was something I really respected too. And while it broke my heart that he decided to leave EXO, it opened my eyes to the reality of it all and I supported him even more afterwards. Now, I'm incredibly proud of the accomplishments he's achieved on his own so far and I'll continue to be there for him every step of the way~. His dream is my dream~ :3 I hope others will share their stories too~^^
