  1. How did you manage to get all these tickets?
  2. The internet was definitely around when the female soloists were popular. That's how the fights happened. But this was all over a decade ago at this point. Closer to 15 - 20 years ago. Yeah, nobody is really seeking validation over there. But why would someone who is listening to female idol groups try to seek validation from someone who listens to indie bands, and vice versa? There is no point. That was part of what the idol v. artist war was about, but that all died a few years ago. Everyone realized that idol sales are inflated as all hell and really mean little and that the industry would rather have those indie bands be the trend over the idol groups. In the end, everyone just says to their own cliques. Not just here, but everywhere. A lot of the fans are women, but they tend to be fans of male idols, and that's like a whole other internet world.
  3. They have become worse. They're very aggressive and think they know everything even though they lack knowledge and context. But then again, they are a bunch of children. People think I'm being an asshole when I say that, but I really could've been a teen and had some of the people here. I stopped posting in the Korean section years ago, because I stopped following KPop in 2012. I don't even post in The Random that much anymore because the topics are just KPop topics more and more. Funny then that there are less and less threads overall in that section. Even my posts in the Japanese section have lessened because I just post everything at Arama. The Japanese music fans are still calm. Fights rarely break out. The idol v. artist war is over. The diva war is over. Everything is settled. But then again, the fans also don't like getting together. Like was someone said: way too spread out, it's like all jpop fans stand a mile apart and occasionally throw a paper plane with a song name written on it and kpop fans are like a constant drunk orgy and it's a bunch of small islands that don't really care for what the other is doing
  4. Yes, not Miss Ross!
  5. BOYS AND MEN are already getting the #1s.
  6. A lot of people here have no idea about the entertainment industry outside of Korea, and automatically think that getting attention outside of Korea is the biggest thing ever. I will actually watch at least part of it this year because:
  7. I didn't say bigger, I said more recently. I was off by a few months with "Sorafune" v. "Love so sweet."
  8. Actually their last hit songs were a year apart, about a decade ago.
  9. Because when they talk about Japanese acts, which is rare, it's normally ones people don't care about. Like Justin Bieber talking about Piko-Taro.
  10. Yes, they're out of print. But how many albums from 20 years ago from anywhere are still in print, unless they're re-released? Eww.
  11. Bank Head <3 The intro to that performance, LOL. And this is coming: And that was directed by this person: And this is on the way:
