Private documentation leak regarding Ladies’ Code’s van accident being investigated As the formal investigation for Ladies’ Code’s recent tragic van accident is underway, another investigations is being open after documents were leaked internally from the fire department. The Yongin Fire Station located in Kyunggi-do revealed that they will be conducting their own investigation regarding the recent documentation leak. Private documents regarding Ladies Code’s recent van accident were discharged without going through the formal process one usually goes through before they are official disclosure. The report titled, “Incheon Direction Youngdong Highway JC Accident,†was written at 1:21AM on September 3. Emergency vehicles responded to the accident and arrived at the scene around 1:39AM, approximately 17-18 minutes later, where CPR was administered to two people. However, reports came out soon afterwards that another van may have been involved in the accident, and the driver attempted to avoid a collision. Now, Star Today has released more photos of van after the crash, focusing on the tires as well as the side of the car. In the report, they defend their manager as well as express frustrations that a rental car could fail at such a critical time. This was the first time the car was driven since they rented it. In a statement to Star Today, Polaris Entertainment revealed, “The vehicle was being driven for the first time on the day of the accident. You have to understand that it's a pre-recorded broadcast that was schedule to air today. It wasn't Live nor was it able to change any editing within that episode. YouTube was just a source of the upload after the episode was aired. Everything was uploaded prior to the event and automated.

Netizens in outrage over fake accounts and profiles of EunB reading, “I’m still alive†Netizens and media have begun spreading notices to report all accounts that are impersonating or pretending to be the recently passed away Ladies’ Code member, EunB. SBS reports that users have been making fake accounts on social media in order to gather followers, impersonating EunB. In the profile accounts, messages read disgusting and outrageous posts such as (left to right), "Everyone, I’m still alive", "This picture is all a lie" "I’m fine guys <3".
