  1. that's really impressive for his kind-of first self-written, self-composed title track. i had a feeling he would be good at writing lyrics when i heard his autumn poem on some variety show, and this just proves it.
  2. the colour schemes of jonghyun's teasers are amazing! and there's something so soothing about taem's latest series of teasers - the ones with the sweater with shades of brown. whoever has been in charge of the creative direction of taem and jonghyun in this past year has really done and excellent job. that being said, i'm not really feeling what i've heard of the song so far, but i always withhold judgment until i've seen it performed live.
  3. thank you! omg, december 10th seems so far away now...
  4. has sm done a repack for a solo album before?
  5. thank you for your advice, it does make a lot of sense (i'm not being sarcastic, i'm genuinely grateful for how supportive everyone on this thread is). i guess we can't see eye to eye on the legal consequences vs. public image consequences, but that's fine, everyone has their opinions. as for the cat, maybe cookies and cream? it's a really long name, but idk, that's the image that comes to mind when you describe a black and white cat. or maybe chess? (that's a horrible suggestion, pls ignore :P)
  6. we don't know far that statement about revenue from the dome concerts is. it's entirely possible that he made money off merchandise sold because we don't know anything about the contractual division of profits. if onew has a good lawyer, he wouldn't walk away empty handed just because he didn't attend. look, i'm not saying that he definitely did it and i want him to come on tb and shave his head or anything like that. i was just voicing my discomfort about the fact that he could possibly have done it and if he did, he's not facing any serious consequences for it. i don't know why it's such a big debate. also, a judgment isn't just a piece of paper. society gives it weight. if not, there is no purpose for the legal system. no worries, you're not coming across as an evangelical preacher at all. i think you've explained it a lot better than i did in my post. and i think this is why the fandom is so bitterly divided. this case makes you question your values and what you are theoretically willing to forgive unlike, for example, k@angin's case where it's clear that he drove while intoxicated or t@eyeon's case where you have footage of her rear-ending the taxi. i'm certainly struggling, because if it wasn't onew and if it wasn't shinee's future in the balance - if this was just some random guy - i would not think twice before climbing the walls and screaming 'off with his head'.
  7. if he's an offender, what consequences has he faced? has he been charged? has he received any punishment in law? is he not rich anymore? has he lost the ability to feed and clothe himself and his family? shinee's reputation has suffered - for that i pity the other members far more than onew. while the thought of ot4 stans being vocal might disturb you, have you considered that ot5 stans being vocal disturbs them for valid reasons? this is what i was talking about in my post. i have no problem with ot5 stans saying 'yay, onew is back' etc., but i don't get why they feel the need to attack ot4 stans and tell them that they can't voice any discomfort etc. as for trusting the members, we have to disagree on this. i don't trust any of the shinee members. they're idols, they will do/say whatever is necessary for the survival of their careers. that doesn't mean i'm not a fan - i still buy their albums and merch and attend concerts and whatnot.
  8. i agree with this 100% and i just wanted to add my thoughts - which aren't very positive, so they're under a spoiler:
  9. is anyone else having problems logging in to tumblr? istg, i've been locked out of my account all day and it's driving me nuts. i can get why other member stans are angry at sm/onew for not releasing a statement, but honestly, everyone's making things worse by creating petitions and proclaiming support for ot4, ot5 etc. when the best course of action would be to stay silent until some official news is released. that being said, i guess no one could foresee that nearly 4 months would pass without any statement from either sm or the prosecution, and there's no end in sight yet. under such pressure, maybe it isn't surprising that even the larger fansites are losing their cool. no matter what happens at the end of the day, you kind of get the feeling that some bridges have been burned that can never be rebuilt. it's sad that things have come to this. edit: by the way, congratulations to key!!! he's such an amazing actor and lookout was a great drama, and hopefully he gets more roles in the future.
  10. yeah, that makes sense :( as for the sma, i hope they correct the mistake before other fandoms start banging on about awards being bought/sm manipulation whatever.
  11. lol, that's some pretty obvious backtracking, but it's probably better that he did it rather than let the situation get out of hand. i'm just wondering whether the people giving him grief in his comments are actual shawols or whether they're antis from other fandoms. like, i can understand why shawols might tell him not to make any public statements of support while the case remains unsolved (as far as the public knows, anyway) but at the same time i can't imagine that they would be nasty/rude about it.
  12. that's true, but i can't imagine that sm wouldn't release a press statement or something similar if the prosecutor drops the case. and if the prosecutor decides to go ahead and press charges, the press will surely find out. it's probably for the best that onew doesn't release a statement until he knows for sure whether he's being charged. like other users here, i feel that it's better for onew to stay out of the spotlight until we get some resolution. if he makes any public appearance before that, knetz will rip him to shreds.
  13. 63k for the 1st week is pretty good, but it's about 10k less than pyn. pyn had 4 versions, though, so it would be interesting to know how many fans bought all 4 versions and how that affects the difference in sales between pyn and move. anyways, taem hit sales of 115k last year for pyn, so hopefully he meets or surpasses that with move.
  14. yeah, i think it was better at the concert as well. the costume didn't help, because it took the edge off the sharpness of the moves a bit. the camerawork and stage didn't really help either.
  15. does anyone know the full tracklist of taem's concert this past week? i went back a couple of pages but didn't find it.
  16. does anyone know where i can watch taem's drama? i missed the links earlier
