I know, I sent them so many messages trying to get them to understand that it wasnt my fault and I would ship it back if they paid the cost for the shipping, but they never understood it. Exactly right,, I ordered my MAMA albums from them, and it came without any problem, i dont know why its like this. I think they sent my K album to you, and your M album they sent it to me :P Contact them, dw its not your fault. They will end up saying they want you to pay $12 to their paypal account and they will ship the hug version to you. Thats the offer im getting.

Hi Alex like riri said, I got mine from kpoptown as well. Ive been trying to get them to cooperate with me since I got the albums on the 20th of June, and its still on going. first they wanted me to ship it back to them, and after I did that they said they'd ship my K version. Then they asked me if I could pay for the extra hug version I got. Now finally they have said, they'll ship my K version for free, if I pay $10 for the album. T__T I hope you gets yours cleared up soon. Its a hassle. OH MY GOD ELLYSSA CREYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY brb making it my new siggie
