Oh my god! My boss said to a friend of mine " why does she hate me/ she's too formal with me though I want to be friendly with her and get closer/ Well I have nothing against men lol and just because I don't talk much doesn't necessarily mean I hate him lol. Also, I don't like to befriend people who are snobbish and arrogant lol!

I have actually tried to change and started talking more but the moment I do tthey talk over me lol! I find it very disrespectful. As I tend to listen to them most of the time but in return they don't. For my gestures and body language, I smile most of the time so they wouldn't say I look bored or arrogant. The problem is they are quite toxic, they talk shit about people at work, they lie, they comment upon my/others style.

I am quiet around people who are not close to me; at work I don,'t usually say much when everyone are discussing sth. however, I get called by them: why are you so quiet! you re an introvert! you need to talk more! I ve heard them saying that I need to change my personality, some said I am arrogant and rude but I am not.
