Interesting. Well I wouldn't mind answering. Leo is an introvert. He's quiet, reserved, and camera-shy. He used to be a lot worse back then, he barely shows his face in VIXX's reality show, MTV Diary. But Starlights usually say that is his charm. Other fans might find it off-putting, but compared to back then I can tell he's trying hard to open up, and smile and talk more while filming. Leo mentioned his favorite member is Hongbin, probably cause Hongbin is more respectful and not as touchy feely with him like N or Ken. xD He finds N noisy, and he has a soft spot for Hyuk. He has a soft spot for animals and children actually, so he probably sees maknae Hyuk as a baby he needs to look after. Hyuk used to be intimidated by him, but now they're close. ^^ Leo is considered the father of VIXX, with nagging N as the mother. N is the only one that can get Leo to do anything, as the other members doesn't dare to. Ken sort of has a love/hate relationship with him; sometimes they get along, sometimes they don't. It's a normal brother-brother relationship. For Ravi, I don't think he's that close with him compared to others, but they have a level of respect and like each other well enough. To me, Leo became my bias because he's so different than any other idols I've ever known; on the outside he looks aloof, cold, and distant, but he's actually really shy inside. He has power and intensity when performing (or when dealing with his annoying members haha), but stutters and becomes red-faced when around strangers or in uncomfortable situations. I recommend watching VIXX File or Plan V Diary. It's much shorter than the nearly 60+ episodes of MTV Diary. The moment when Leo became my bias, was in Plan V Diary when the members do stupid antics to make Leo laugh.
