I haven't made it to this thread in a while but I wanted to see what everyone thought after the bombshell that is Tough Cookie dropped.... This is what I wrote on youtube .. I haven't ventured onto Tumblr but everyone seems to be saying he's getting death threats which is way to far. This is kinda like Kemy all over again. "Lil Jon, Andre 3000 and Kanye West have all been seen wearing the confederate flag. Eminem, 50 cent and Tyler the Creator have all said faggot in their songs. All of these guys are huge in the American hip hop/rap scene. Zico even looks up to Kanye. In fact the jacket Zico is wearing here is so similar to the one Kanye wore. Why would he think it's racist against Black people if Kanye is wearing it? He probably thinks it's just a cool hip hop design! If I hadn't already known about the confederate flag I would have never thought it was racist towards black people based on this either. No wonder Zico thinks it's ok if American artists are doing these things as well. He's never lived in America, all he knows is what American media portrays. Yeah he could've researched it, but why would he feel the need if other hip hop/rap artists have already portrayed it as acceptable? Hip Hop originated in the U.S and is still predominately an American style of music, of course this is where he'll get his influence. " I'm not excusing his ignorance but being ignorant is not a crime. Also this is the jacket Kanye wore. Looks super similar to Zico's. Also as an afterthought, I always see hip hop/rap artists accused of trying to hard to be gangster but never people saying "oh man that guy is trying way too hard to be reggae, look at those dreads and that weed logo hat" or "that guy is trying way too hard to be a death metal artists, look at his silky waist length hair and studded jewellery" lol.

I just read about this now. I don't understand why fans would do this. Have they not seen the movie Roommate? Do they not understand how extraordinarily creepy their obsession is?

Agreed and it's hard enough to distribute enough lines between 7 people as it is, the same thing happens in Block B. I guess being mainly a hip hop/rap style group makes it even harder to give them singing lines as well. Jimin's pretty popular among fans though, lines or no lines

It's been the only group I've come across where it is actually so hard to chose a bias. I've been following this poll too. I gave up on the female side as soon as Miryo got voted out by Hyomin. But now Zico has pretty much lost to Junhyung and Rap Mon is losing too and the fan wars in the comment section...
