uh what? that's not true?? at all?? lmao. there's an "exception" with contracts that allows 10 year contracts (which is legal since the courts didn't declare sm's contract illegal). i'm pretty sure EXO all have contracts the same length.. business-wise it'd be dumb if some members had shorter contracts than other members. nvm i got mixed up, 4 some reason i thot we were talking about the split for overseas activities/concerts
