Their last performance on music show (I think MBC?) was so good! They were quite good already but they are improving fast! I think Karma could be their breakout song. If you don't know they're not Korean, they could pass as a random K-pop group. I'm thinking they could just broadcast Karma in Hongdae (popular place in Seoul) streets and people will just enjoy it.

So yeah, I do translations for fun. I post them on youtube. All of them are Korean songs, except the one I did today which is fully in English. I translate into French so if French speaking people are reading this, you might want to take a look at my translations, if you want to discover Korean artists. I usually try to choose not so well-known groups/solo artists such as Dean, Bibi, Bloo, pH-1, Stella Jang, 10CM...) I also did BTS though (I did a song from 2014 though haha) Anyway, you can let me know what you thing and subscribe as well if you want to! Actually I am doing a master's degree in English and Korean but there is no translation class so I try to gain skills on my own. I would be very happy to get feedback from people!

I am a student in an English-Korean degree and aim to be a translator. With lockdown in my county, I am back again at translating for fun, as a hobby. I used to translate for a fanbase and was back then working with a team. This time, I am translating on my own. I subtitled this as well. Any French speaking people here, let me know what you think I also made an instagram and a twitter... I translate articles about kpop or Korean culture, politics etc I barely started so for now I "only" translated an article about BTS and a song from a quite unknown group, SURL. I would be very happy to get feedback from French speaking people so as to improve my writing and translation ! Also the song I translated has very nice lyrics. The music video itself contains the English translation- when the girl is looking in a mirror. The video: Should I put my twitter and/or my instagram as well? I dont know which one is more suitable for people. What do you think?

When I was 21 I dated someone who was 36. The whole situation was also very difficult as he was my older brother's wife's best friend and we kept our relationship a secret... So my take on this is, if you guys like each other just go for it. If age is not a factor as to why you like her, then it's all good. My relationship didn't last long as we were in different periods of life but we both experienced something special. He never expected to date someone that young and I never expected to date someone that old but here we were Our relationship wasn't unhealthy nor a power imbalanced one. We were both very much aware of our age gap but we liked each other so...

There was this boy in my university. We had one class in common and for some reason I liked him very early on, so to say, first time i saw him i noticed he had charisma, a masculine one, which is very attractive to me. Next thing I know, he introduces himself to the class (we were a very small group, we all introduced ourselves) and he was 18. I'm 24. So after that I try not to think about him, but you know, when you supress emotions they just become stronger... Anyway, we had to do a project by groups of two so i asked him to do it with me and he accepted. We agreed to meet the next day to choose our text to work on. When I was at the place of meeting, he wasn't there so I sent him a message and he told me he was studying with a friend (he has a part time job which overlapses his classes so he often has to ask others around for class contents). I thought that was fine, not very polite, but fine. Fast foward, as I thought i dont want a man who forgets things so easily i never talked to him again about our project (we had actually started discussing it way earlier than most, so it wasn't a big deal not to talk about it.... It was just me making a move fast so that I secure my group with him and secure me getting close to him a bit to get to know him) Eventually, I heard he is in a group with other people. I thought this was rude but at the same time now that I think about it we didnt discuss about our project again and none of us ever said to other people of the class we already set a group together so... Either way, the schools closed in my country. The professor gave marks based on what we had done in class so the project was no more. This was a month ago. Yesterday I posted a pic on instagram of a beautiful landscape. He liked it. I also had been thinking about him a bit recently. Thinking about sending him a message. So I did. Asking about isolation and whatnot. Then... I asked him out. His first answer was something along the lines of "Well I really love every one in our group so sure, we can meet together again!!" I was mortified because I thought this was his way of saying he is friendzoning me. But I kept going. I said it was not necessarliy a rendez-vous for the whole group... he said he didn't mind it. And then he said he would like it. assdfgghjjkkll I replied that we should do it when isolation is over then. He asked me to tell him again as he has a bad memory and tends to forget things (tell me about it...). Then he added this is the kind of thing you don't forget so easily asdfghjklmdfghjkl So. I. Got. A. Date. With. My. Crush. I- ????????? The only thing bugging me here is that he is 6 years younger than me. Before meeting him, younger by two years was already too much for me....

Hello there! I would like to translate Korean songs into French so as to practice my Korean/ English skills -if an English trans is available as well. So do you have any recommendation? Preferably something which hasn't beent translated into French yet... Though if it has been, it's fine too If it is not too difficult, I could translate it into English as well but as I am not a native speaker, it would lack "something". Oh, and I will upload it on YT, edit subs etc

Dope was the first song that was most appealing to Western audience, before Fire etc Also I think their marketing strategy played a huge role in them becoming big. There is just a lot of things that contirbuted to them become big. Marketing, song writing, talking about societal issues in their country etc
