I'm from Singapore. And yes, that school is a top school. My cousin attended that school, and she's a doctor now. That school's cut off points to be accepted in is 3 points from the GCE O Levels. The lower your score the better. So 3 is the most points allowed to get into the school, my friends and I got into colleges who accept 10-18 points(common), so yeah it explains all the shock.

The thing about China is prior to last night, he had a good amount of supporters and also a huge amount of haters. Chinese viewers are very realistic(in the sense that they follow what the show gives us) so before the Beijing fanmeet the ep towards Hongseok was not a good one(lol which one was good to him?) Last night gained him a whole horde of fans but it was too late. It is all, really unfortunate for Hongseok. :( I'm already happy that people are not seeing him as the "lazy" "uncooperative" "not trying hard enough" guy and he proved his skills.

He has always been in danger since day one with the amount of screentime and the way the show portrays him. I've gotten used to it, welcome to the club.

His thread jumped so many pages, the last time i went in there it was around 38 pages, now it's 177 pages. That's how much it boomed thanks to last night. It's not just the falsetto he did, it's the other things like showing concern for Donghyuk when no one noticed he has not yet stood up and retrieving fans' banners to sign for them that made ppl realise how bad the editing was to Hongseok and he is indeed a kind boy. Double B's pages were around 260-70 pages and now they have 330 pages(for reference to how crazy the jump in HS's thread is) I would say Chanwoo is a distant second fav and then Jinhyung close behind Chanwoo. I gauged this using the main thread for last night's final battle thread. When a fan voices her support like "OT6+ 98!" There will be replies below saying "Agree!" or "+1" so for Chanwoo's case, they have about 20+ ppl replying to the person agreeing. For OT6+97, there's around 16-17. For OT6+94, its 50+ replies.For OT5+2, it's around 11.

Went to dc and looked into posts with titles that made sense in the Korean I understand(kids nowadays use so much slang...) 3 posts which have caught my attention are regarding 1) Donghyuk's reasons for always using his 'sweet' voice, 2) Hongseok's bringing a new image to YG and 3) to non-fans what would be the most important factor(in securing them as fans i assume) and 4) Yesterday's YG's words.. 1) Donghyuk's sweet voice is not his specialty; but rather a character that they're trying to build for him. His volume when he sings is not enough, and even if he improves on that, he can't win anyone. When (I) watched their old videos, he had no sense of existence and I feel like i'm being forced to listen to the 'sweet' voice and he's destroying that character. 2) If Hongseok gets into YG, he will be their first boyfriend-dol(boyfriend-like idol). And the replies are mostly agreeing with some that I don't understand. 3)Right now we may talk about how one can sing or one can dance but when they debut, of course the standards will improve. In normal civilian's eyes(non fans), they will get attracted to Double B firstly and it's up to them to decide. Whether it be the vocals, or other talents or electrifying visuals. If Double B attracted fans and they came in, but then they heard the voices and they hate it. (She ended the sentence abruptly.) ^Comments are "It seems like you already have in your mind who's to be added keke""Besides the electrifying visual aspect, Hong has the rest. So who's the electrifying visual in the group to you?" and "So you're saying the non fans only know about Double B and not the rest T_T, I feel that Jinhwan and Junhoe will attract fans after they debut too" 4) Yesterday YG's words were already hinting at OT6+Chanwoo. I don't know how they might frame/edit him again...my Hongseok ah...T_T Right now the fans are still mostly OT6. There's "Yoonhyung and Donghyuk hold hands till the end" "Hong and Chan's pics" with ppl liking them both(Chanwoo slightly more). Yup, I'm feeling terrible now. My predicted lineup is coming true.

^^ In before I go and try to sleep, scanned all those comments and seems like they didn't know the reason for their crying. Guess these are just the worried fans who read the update. One comment halted me though, it says "Jinhyung, don't cry. Sorry that I(we) can't protect you." Seems like they can tell the votes are not enough as of now for him to be guaranteed. :( The rest are a mixture of "Why..." "I don't feel good about this..." and "Don't cry".

So YunJinChan's team performed this for their self-composition category, what's the other song? Team JunHongDong performed Sinosijak as self composition, and ENL for song of their choice. What about the dance battles?

Wow Hongseok improved so much :o I'm honestly surprised. And till now, I guess the only performance we didn't know how was it is the Long Time No See. I don't think sleep will come to me easily tonight after the hope in me is being ignited once again

I already can't wait to watch the whole show and spazz over the songs performed. Wasn't envious of those who got to go but man, after hearing all these clips made me envious. Yoonhyung is slowly getting hotter and hotter day by day. Thank you to everyone for all the updates<3

You can probably just watch their perfs and skip the rest of the episode because the ep was bs. /Save your tears January debut...holy crap I'm pretty sure that YG thinks it's a magnificent beast of a song to allow them to debut so fast and probably B.I has all the parts ready for the members tbvh. So of course the newbie will get the least lines and maybe that's why they're all fine with Chanwoo being added.

I think that sums up what I have to say about his birthday, and I wish that he will only grow to be a more capable leader who takes care of the members even better. With that, hopefully, the stress and burden on his shoulders gets lessened considerably after he debuts and I will keep praying for iKON to have a no-scandal and bright future <3 He's so ready to debut and destroy the idol scene

Yep, what we have said all these while is the other two compared to Chanwoo are bias material. The two have people coming into the thread to say they want them in the team while Chanwoo so far has no one claiming him to be their bias. :\ Meh, I've gotten over the results and I'm just waiting for the show to end. I will cry for the 'could-have-been' lineup if it's Chanwoo but I doubt myself to have the ability to leave the other boys. Of course if it's other outcomes, it will be preferable but I'm not getting any good vibes so far. Can't wait to read the fanaccounts and watch all the fancams(hopefully glorious) of the performances.
