Namjoo unfortunately tends to be not very photogenic so rare good photos like this are like a gift from the gods This shot also shows again that Namjoo always looks best with simple makeup where her natural features can shine. Gorgeous girl.

Double eyelids naturally occurs in people of Asian decent too you know. Last I checked it was something like 40%. Just because many people get surgery to get what they don't have does not automatically mean that anyone with has had surgery. Go look at some childhood pics...
