The clips shows one officer trying, but of course we all have to ask where we’re all the others, especially if calls were made. The clip below shows an ajumma directing people away, and people listening, showing some crowd control would have helped. It is just so sad. I do hope people stop blaming victims. Honestly KPOP fans are pretty mild compared to a lot of sports fans.
