This is a little out of topic, but I was reading a thread on the kpop subreddit, and it's so upsetting how some users are saying that even considering the possibility of an idol being gay is the creepiest thing ever. Heteronormativity is a thing no matter how much people like to pretend otherwise. Of course idols won't outright say that they are anything but straight, but the way I see it there's no harm in wondering which idols might fit into the lgbt umbrella because there's nothing wrong with being lgbt. I feel like a lot of straight people just can't seem to understand this.

What both annoys me and amuses about Luffy is that he never has a thinking bubble in the manga, lmfao. We can never know his feelings or motivations.

i so confused, i wonder why mnet don't want give him screen time, in the final episode he dance in the back i didn't even see his head, and dont give a chance to talk like hyun bin, his face was like *i wanna die, i think that mnet have any problem  with Chom or his ceo... its so obvius that mnet dont wanna give him a chance, but i wonder why...

Right! I couldn't see him at all during Pick Me. He was 21, for God's sake, he should had been right at the front. Or maybe he was and the camera just didn't show him at all, idk. 

Basically all his screentime, lol. But honestly Mnet probably doesn't have anything against Yongguk in particular, it's just that Mnet and the P101 PD suck in all ways conceivable.

There are lots of cute selcas of him today, btw! The best thing to come out of this show are the friendships.

I don't think I can be excited for a final group without Jonghyun. He was the one who deserved a spot the most, in my eyes (along with Jaehwan, Daehwi and Park Woojin). His personality is so GOOD and he deserves so, so much better. I don't know, maybe the bitterness will lessen when Wanna-One starts releasing some bops, and I wish them all the best, but man this freaking sucks. I'm feeling tired and it's still the middle of the afternoon here, I feel like Jonghyun fans at the other end of the world haven't slept at all.

SMS votes are the live text votes during the final live airs so it opens for approximately 2 hours then they announced the top 11. You can spam the crap out of it. Online votes are still once per day.

I think BoA said in one of the episodes that each phone number can only send SMS once. I don't remember which episode, though

 

Or maybe I read it somewhere? It makes sense but Mnet probably would want to make the most money possible with people spamming SMS, so idk

I showed the concept performances to my mom today, and I was pretty surprised with her opinion. She loved everything about Never (but can't choose a favorite member) although she said she liked the Oh Little Girl song more. She loved the Never outfits, said they look so fancy and proper lol Complimented the choreography a lot too.

I used to put a few Nu'est songs in her playlist over the years, so she was also happy to see them doing well. I never showed her anything about P101 before, btw.

I thought for sure she'd like IKYK more (my favorite), but nope. Never wins the heart of women in their 50s too :p

Sorry for quoting you so late, but I was just thinking that this is really amazing. And it's not even 1/3 of the gifts he's received, probably, because Shihyun also posted a lot of it in his ig (a lot of them have Yongguk's stickers on it, so I'm assuming they are for him). This gifting part of k-pop fandom is kinda scary to me, but if I had money I'd be tempted to send him stuff too :p

 

hello new here  ....... hello to fans of my baby kimyongguk ..........................truth is i wasn't a fan o even watching produce 101 from the beginning .............but there was so much talk about it that i finally saw one episode it was the one with kim yongguk and i fell in love!!!!!!!............he kind of reminds me of luhan in his personality of being so shy ,kind and cute and awkward ......that u want to project this boy...........  wish he opens up more!!!!!! 

 

sometimes i think he doesn't talk much because he doesn't want evil edit ............but with his shy personality its makes him more invisible soo theres no screen time ......wish sucks 

 

as for the last episode theres nothing to say  but i feel sorry for him for being center and not having any screen time  

he probably was sooo happy to finally be center and was no screen time for him .....and it was the same day he went to see his ads in the subway and he look ssooooo happy and to go home to watch the episode and there was nothing.....i hope he isnt upsite for this and works hard for ment stage and show everybody that he is might to be center.....wish him luck 

 

lasty my top 11 in no order:

1. JR leader i guess even though sometimes kang donng doesn't want to be leader but he always seems to be one in every group 

so i wouldn;t mind switching jr with daddy kang...

2. jihoon center i guess he has the face for it

3. daniel good at everything wouldn't mind if he is center!!!!!!! go for it!!!!!

4. minhyun he does have idol material i guess i don't know i got bored .....him being always in the top 11 gets boring wouldn't be surprise if daddy kang gets his place but there have to be only 2 people per companies ok if not its not fair for the rest sooo come on fans of pedis pick one or 2 not 3. 

5. ong he always looks stiff in his face when his dancing...... its a weird look he gives but his funny in a akrward way 

6. guanlin great looks but his dancing needs work but he works hard  

7. daehwi his soooo sasssy that sometimes don't like but he brings it in everything he does sooo i guess i don't mind 

8. jaehwan its a must to be here main vocal thats all i have to say 

9. park woojin or yougmin he so good in his rap in open but with the scandal who knows if he'll make it wish sucks 

10. baejinyoung or sameul theres notthing i could say not a fan of nether but i guess 1 has to debut i woudn't care even though sameul has idol material complete.

I like your top 11, mine looks a lot like it too. I'm also still upset about him not having screen time as center, and especially with him being covered by Haknyeon at the end. :/ I don't wanna hold grudges but this didn't sit well with me at all.  

Yongguk seems very genuine and sweet, that's what I like the most about him (other than his good looks, hehe). He's the kind of person I'd love to be friends with in real life.

Yongguk was so cute in today's episode  I can't even blame Mnet too much for the lack of screentime because I know he's shy and probably doesn't talk a lot, it just bothered me that they didn't show the other members giving a reason for choosing him for center. Now I'm reading some people commenting that they didn't even know it was him.. bleh
