I think it's smart for them to comeback in February, Russian Roulette is still fairly popular in Korea I think and it'd just be building onto the success they got from RR. Waiting too long and letting other top new gen girl groups come back first wouldn't be wise

ICC was filmed in California wasn't it? It'd be a different feel if it were an outside MV filmed in Korea during December But I completely agree that it'd be stupid to kill the hype by having just a velvet title track instead of a red or double title tracks
