  1. Yep, you're right: http://osen.mt.co.kr/article/G1110120363
  2. Music K is the new music subsidiary of KeyEast, which is a fairly sizable actor's agency. They used to have a collaboration with JYP Entertainment and e.g. produced that kdrama with Suzy and IU for them. Went separate ways a while ago though, and now they're getting into kpop directly. KeyEast reps e.g. KHJ, the guy formerly from SS501 (who are run by DSP Media) who beat up his girlfriend last year.
  3. I have access to the fancafe. There's a new post by Halla talking about the MV filming accompanied by one photo, but it's very behind the scenes and you can't tell anything about the MV from it.
  4. Not really confirmed, just sort of a best-guess from earlier profiles . Hoping to get around to making English translated versions of the profile sheets, but work is hell this week ...
  5. There's also a subreddit now at http://www.reddit.com/r/thearkpop
  6. ^ I wonder if they'll be allowed to play their instruments live on either show. It's very unlikely, but maybe given WAX' stature ... Thanks for the Nov/Dec bit, I hadn't picked up on that!
  7. Some recent updates: Bebop held a concert last Friday. You can find photos here and here's my collecting fancams (drighk's, near the bottom, are the best). They're also scheduled to appear on Music Bank on Friday and on Inkigayo on Sunday, as backing band for WAX.
  8. Re WAX, it's important to know she put out four linked MVs that day: Only the one features Bebop, but the protagonist is back.
  9. They've finally announced a new concert date: http://www.reddit.com/r/bebopband/comments/2etfjn/news_theyre_back/ And here's a set of new promo photos:
  10. Bebop are featured as the backing band in WAX' new MV, Just Leave: So cool. Ayeon looks like a Drum General, and those shots of Juwoo against the open window are kickin'.
  11. I apologize for not resisting the temptation to double-post, but I thought for completeness it'd be cool to add the so far two releases in their "251Project" series of cover songs: They also performed Cherry Blossom Ending live on The Show once, and before that during a really fun radio appearance (in a radio show MC'd by Kim Hyung-Tae - Busker Busker's bassist). in a subway station (with Ayeon on keyboard!). This subway performance was put on for a MBC documentary crew who were collecting footage for some sort of short segment, but they've done busking performances in similar spots too. Trivia: 251Project is a reference to a common chord progression.
  12. Yeah, that was a fun little operation . I actually tried doing it myself originally (they have the call relay system that picks up play a few seconds of I'm the Best and everything), but it went about as well as I had anticipated - Mr. Bok couldn't do English and my Korean is too poor to carry on a proper conversation, so it was a short and fruitless exchange. But then I managed to sign up someone to help me luckily . And I agree Bebop are special! They're effectively the only female entry spanning the spectrum of idol pop to real band, especially with AOA Black not having been seen in action in quite some time now. The last attempt at something like this was perhaps ... but the vocal talent wasn't really there (they're though). Speaking of Bebop live, here's a playlist of their first (and so far only) proper indoors gig: Edit: Oops, looks like the media tag can't do playlists.
  13. Ayeon did record vocals for , one of their electronica collaborations with Humming Urban Stereo - which was before Ji-In joined the group and took over lead vocals. Happy to see a Bebop thread on OneHallyu btw! I run the Bebop subreddit which was referenced earlier.
