So Ryeji and Ryulia ships have been mentioned, but 2Shin (Ryujin and Yuna) lately... they're pinging me so hard lol if you follow ITZY they're practically attached at the hip in all of their recent v lives. Imo we been knew that Ryujin is bi/les but the way she looks at Yuna sometimes reminds me of myself when I stare at the people I adore. Ok guys, this is getting out of hand. We can get upset all we want, but their lives aren't (and shouldn't be in fact) under our control. thanks i think there amazing parts of this gen too (if i didn't why tf would i still be active on here lmao), but i'm just pointing out that the system is slowly deteriorating and we need change. also a lot of people said that it's a cycle, and i do see that point, but also there will never be a golden era that can replace the 2nd gen era. sure, twice, bts, blackpink, and rv are creating a new "golden era" but this era can't compare to the og. the og golden era has paved way for the second cycle and so forth. not trying to party poop on new gen. fans but i just wish that by reading this post, new gen. fans can gain appreciation for the older artists who paved way for the current golden era.

As y'all can see, I'm a twice fan so most of these arguments won't apply to twice even though they aren't at the old gen's level either other than twice x gfriend and every other gg, the relationships between kpop groups now are almost nonexistent there is no sense of community. where are the special gayo stages that showed FRIENDSHIPS? Now it's just collabs where artists literally just perform with each other and get it over with. like i legit miss this stage SM: now if BTS interact with any gg -> ship a fucking stare -> ship oh, both of them dyed their bang hair orange at the same time -> ship like, wtf? also i miss the golden era bc when you think of this era, there aren't 1 or 2 groups that everyone thinks of. Nowadays, someone hears kpop: "oh, BTS?" you're lucky to hear "Blackpink" or "twice" sometimes 10 years ago, when someone hears kpop: "oh, I love a lot of groups! SNSD, SHINee, KARA, T-ara, 4minute, 2NE1... etc" kpop used to be about building community and now it has become a competition for money i watched this vid today: skip to 24:06 and tell me: no offense blinks, but as SNSD was the top girl group of their generation, why tf is BP the so-called representative GG of this generation when BP has almost nothing that SNSD was known for? where is the genuine personality, where are the MULTIPLE talents, where? as a once, I noticed during twice's early years they were more genuine and weren't afraid to be themselves but even now, I can't help but see that they are changing as well to appeal to korean standards... i legit can't rant so much more but tbh imma let y'all share your thoughts on this.
