i don't like generalizations, but latinamerican fanbases are so messy when it comes to albums and money.
The most appropriate thing of them would be to wait for the actual price and THEN start preorders, but hey, same thing happened in my country "Guys! we'll be receiving X amount of money and then we'll tell you the final price". Mess.
If you want to, I can try and ask them about your situation, to have an update at least, since they are not answearing to you.
please, if you can do this for me would be amazing. It's under my sister's name since I don't have facebook, her name is Diana Flores and I made an advance payment of S/.150.00 soles I already gave them my sisters bank info for them to made the refund but they have not even read my last messages.

I can't say whether it's fraud or not. Have you had problems with this fanbase before? because if this fanbase is a big fanbase or has long been established there must be credibility

Hi guys!! I need your help or advice(?) >< i don't know what to do anymore, please don't ignore me :(so I joined a group order from my country fanbase (exoperu) and I made and advance payment (more than 50%) for 3 albums but then they changed the price and I asked them for a refund because preordering from amazon would be cheaper for me now but they don't want to give my money back and said they will use my money for future projects of the fanclub and now they are not answering my messages. I made the payment on 14 oct and I have been asking for a refund since 18 oct . I also tried to ask for help from wwexol and exoglobal (exoperu is part of the exo l worldwide union) on instagram since they don't have their dms open on twitter but they also don't answer and yesterday I asked for exovotingsquad on twitter and they did answer me and told me to wait and they will check this matter but it has been 24 hours since they said that and tomorrow is the comeback and I still haven't ordered my albums because I don't have enough money.I don't know if I'm overreacting but I couldn't sleep all these days because of this and my anxiety is making me feeling worse. My emotions right now are a mess I'm happy and excited for the comeback but I'm also mad, sad and frustrated because of this . I really don't know what to do, I have waited for this comeback for too long and I don't want anything to ruin it for me ;_;

about that, I made the payment before they changed the price and the deadlines, also before I made the payment I asked them if that would be the final price and they said yes. so that makes their terms invalid to me
