  1. oo it looks nice! sorry for being picky, but do you think you could get a bit more of his body in the dp? i guess a good reference would be getting his hand in the shot. getting the bg in the dp, doesn't seem to be as much of an issue as i initially thought i'll go w/ the blue color btw, so no need to fix the purple
  2. Video: Request: DP idk how this is gonna look but i kinda want a dp of 1:10-1:12 focused on the top half of dean, but also getting some of the bg. Not sure if this is possible, but can you make the background light blue (matching my badge arrangement basically) instead of purple? If not, it's totally fine and i'll stick w the original. if u could post dps of both the blue/orig, so i can choose b/w them, that would be great thanks~
  3. Okay quality of this audio is questionable, since the only free platform she officially released on is Spotify. The song is niice though https://soundcloud.com/jjynxx/kelela-lmk Kelela's one of my fav female r&b artists tbh. Her debut album is coming in October woo Another track I've been digging lately
  4. Tash Sultana - Jungle idk if she's been posted before, but i just discovered her + this song has me shook it's like rock meets reggae
  5. RAC - Nobody ft. Chaos Chaos Vasser - Little Things
  6. Yeah idk I feel like people either quite like it or are disappointed (from what I've seen online). I didn't like it too much my first listen (esp towards the end of the album), but after a couple times it really grew on me. It's one of those albums I enjoy listening to all the way through, while I'm doing something else. like in the background. I'm not a huge listener of fully electronic albums (no vocal melody/hook), so that mixtape isn't quite my taste, even though it's great production-wise.
  7. sounds like Oblivion, but less dreamy. especially that bassline i feel like these are less "quirk" and more alt./pop, but try , (reminds me of chvrches/robyn), , allie x, or kate boy. only just gained an appreciation for grimes's music, especially her Art Angels stuff. is another rec, but not really grimes-ish. they gave me vaporwave vibes-- Wildling - Lilywhite josh pan - “give it to ya†(feat. ABRA) Klyne - Your Touch Mura Masa's self-titled debut album was just released. it's a good mix of electronic, hip hop, r&b, and more. highly rec it

  10. Vince's album goes offfff Loved it
  11. not related to your grimes post, but i think you'll like the first song. it's v dreamy 80s synth pop. one of my faves atm Magdalena Bay - Neon Phoenix - Fior Di Latte https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W58Jkovlk3s Tora - Love Life https://soundcloud.com/toramusic/love-life Highly recommend Portugal. 16. lol can't wait for their debut album. i've liked pretty much all of their released singles so far i have officially discovered the "microgenre" that vaporwave is. amazing, ty the teen pregnancy song is interesting, to say the least... but i love BIOS. With headphones on, that's some gooood shit right there. Got no recs for vaporwave tho, sorry. Not too familiar with future funk either, but that saint pepsi song reminded me of an electronic/jazz/hiphop group's new album (Oobopopop by Valaire). I don't think the songs are exactly future funk + some lack the niice bassline the two songs u posted have, but def check out Whisky Dew, Dizzy's Playa, Golden Rule, and Woody Wagon if u like the song below. Valaire - Show Me Oh Oui one of my faves from the album
  17. Grouplove - MRI Fhin - Quand On Arrive En Ville https://soundcloud.com/fhin/fhin-quand-on-arrive-en-ville courtship. - Sunroof https://soundcloud.com/wearecourtship/sunroof
  18. Off-topic from the Kendrick stuff, but Rae Sremmurd/GoldLink had a concert near me recently and lmao I can't believe I've been sleeping on GoldLink for so long. Literally didn't even check out his new album (only knew some of his singles). GoldLink performed this and it's had me shookt every since. man what a quality song
  19. really like "Zoo" and "Real Feels" ^ recently discovered the genre of electro swing Caravan Palace - Lone Digger BANKS - Crowded Places loooove this. makes me feel all emotional and shit alt-J - In Cold Blood another great song from them (vid is trippy once again)
  20. Sir Sly - High Krrum - Moon Chinah - Young https://soundcloud.com/chinahchinah/06-young trying to keep this thread alive lmao
  21. Milky Chance - Clouds https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nTwabCbQnys one of my faves from his new album checked out some of her other stuff, and her voice is soooo nice. Cash Flow sold me. definitely adding a bunch of her songs to my spotify~
  22. I wasn't too fond of this song when I first listened to it bc the structure just through me off, but boy did it grow on me. Definitely looking forward to their upcoming album, since I'm a huge fan of alt-J. alt-J - 3WW vid is a bit trippy tho Will Joseph Cook - Biggest Fan https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9M7AFZxTqpM Also, this isn't a "new" sort of rec, but I just discovered a rock band (synthpop, alt./indie) called Phoenix and they're honestly greeaaaat. They're pretty well-known (lowkey not "unsaturated music" oops), so I'm sure most of you guys have probably heard of them; I'm just super late w/ discovering their music. Their discography is literally a goldmine of amazing songs. I'd recommend listening to their albums, Wolfgang Amadeus Phoenix and Bankrupt! first if you don't know them and enjoy listening to rock music.
  23. this single was released a while ago (the album more recently), but i just discovered it. it's a p chill listen and Chance is featuring https://soundcloud.com/brianfresco/higher-feat-chance-the-rapper-and-blue-hawaii Other new releases: https://soundcloud.com/amirobe/wish-you-well-1 I think this song was leaked a while ago, but it was officially released on Friday (not sure if already posted) Amine released a new song too. It's not bad tbh.. Caroline is a lot better imo though
