Tbh as a European i had no idea what that flag meant (i didn't even know it existed) until i googled it this morning. Of course Americans know... but i don't it's common knowledge all around the world tbh. Or at least, in my country we never studied stuff like that... literally the only thing about America we studied was the Boston Tea Party.

This is a screenshot from the same videos as the two "before" photos you used and his nose looks the same. I've watched that video countless times and i can tell for sure that it was just the lightining that made his nose look kinda croocked. If anything i would say he uses filler... but i'm not even sure tbh.
