We really are, we have a nice community of seomates here. We don't really get involved with drama either. This thread is a nice place. It isn't arrogant boo lol, it's the truth. Hopefully lot's of lines and spotlight. Hopefully some of her lyrics might have made it onto songs also. I'm really anticipating how she'll be for it.

I know right lol, I'd have thought that we all have shared goals, and want to support Seo over anything. We all have differing opinions, fair enough if some like it lol. Seomates are one of the nicer individual fandoms also. Cheers for the upvote though boo. Hopefully Seo gets a big part in the upcoming comeback.

Same, and it sucks that there was actually the opportunity for it. I guess probably many other's maybe didn't actually like the more distinguished badges. Honestly, many of the SNSD badges were better last time around imo. Lol,so did I, I really thought we'd get a nice one. Though various seomates here now claim to like it, I don't recall any saying anything about it before though. Lmao, someone obviously wasn't very happy with my post to you from earlier.

Pretty much everything is subjective and 'opinions based', however most of did have a pool of badge suggestions that we pretty much all agreed on; and most didn't get through or were set aside. primarily because of non-fans voting as well. Some of it was the best, though not in its entirety. I wasn't much a fan of the general aesthetic of the Holler era.

That's next year though, a whole more year of yet another mediocre badge. Why is Seo's badge cursed to be continually bad tbh. I'd say that more this time got good badges, though there were some worse, I guess. Many suggestions were set aside also, however some somehow seem to like it, so i don't know lol.

I agree, then we could've regulated and managed it better and of ended up with something closer to what we'd have all liked. I don't think any of us really liked the badge that unfortunately won. An open vote is just absurd, so many people that don't stan Seo and who have never even made any comments pertaining to her, hijacked the vote. I quite like it tbh, especially if it is blonde, or at least partially lol. I'm really anticipating seeing her hairstyle soon now lol.

It's just a shame tbh, because so many people that don't even have the badge will alway vote. particularly for SNSD, and thus we don't end up with one that we truly like, we end up with whatever people, who have essentially hijacked the vote want. We spent ages going through badges we liked, and overall had similar taste, though not really any of the ones we liked made it through. It just sucks tbqh.

That sucks then tbh, I doubt I'll be displaying my Seohyun badge anymore then tbh. IMO, the chosen one is even worse than the past one. Somebody who'd seen it should've done it tbh.

Did anyone ask for a wildcard round thing? Sorry, I haven't posted here in awhile tbh. I agree that the winning badge isn't great, I honestly didn't like any of them enough to actually even vote. Hopefully Seo has a really different and nice hairstyle.

Yeah true, I guess, we just have to accept it. There's always the possiblity of getting a unique award, though that is incredibly unlikely tbh lol. I only really like badge 2 tbh.

Fany has always been more popular, and Yuri used to be almost comparable to Yoona. Though her popularity dwindled due to lack of opportunities, and am diverting resources etc. I thought it seemed about right, give or take lol. I know right, and more are finally beginning to realise that.

True, it's still a shame though tbh. Too many non-fans voted and managed to manipulate it to 1,2 and 5 I think. Seohyun is caring and selfless, I agree that she is possibly one of the only idols to acknowledge events occurring in Arabic Countries and actually seek to bring more attention to the problems etc.

The badge will likely end up being mediocre... again. A shame tbh. I agree though Seohyun has been pushed to the side for long enough in SNSD, being faithful doesn't guarantee you a career after your idol group has either disbanded or been put on an indefinite hiatus. Seohyun was never pushed the the extent of say Jessica and Tiffany, all of the good opportunities she received she couldn't accept due to conflicting schedules or because SM refused. Hopefully she has been able to compose some of the songs on the new album, and that they have actually made it on to the album. A majority still view her as she was in the past. Unfortunately, i think that she may still have quite a bit of convincing to do, in order to be able to firmly substantiate the truth and remove either things form the past or fabrications. Now all we can do is just hope that she gets good offers, especially from China, SM would definitely take notice of something like that. Especially if Yoona's drama hits it big she might get more opportunities - being one of the more popular members in China.
