Meanwhile, TTS didn't wait for the guests to arrive before eating away haha

The way Seohyun just froze until Fany helped her out

you guys might not think its a big deal watching fan cams or whatever, but when someone acts like that, especially when theres only three members, it completely kills the mood and the performance when you're watching live.
Nah, I get what you're saying. That's my biggest issue with Taeyeon; when she's upset about something, she doesn't bother to hide it and when they're performing it really does have an effect. I can feel it through the fancams, so it must suck even more watching it live. If you ever get (or want) a chance to see them again I hope you don't feel disappointed.

Not much else to be said, I suppose. Like everyone else, I wish this could have ended on a high note, but such is life. Let's just support our ladies the best we can and hope for their future success.
Anyway, this is one of my favorite performances. Never fails to make me happy.

Thank you for this.NO. I absolutely hate it when people say this about SNSD's choreography.
People under-appreciate the girls' choreo all the time but do you know how HARD it is to choreograph a dance with 9 girls?
There's so many change of positions, left to right, up, down. When a person sings their line, they have to be at the front of the group. Sometimes they have to spread themselves out or in depending on the size of the stage too. Sometimes they have to walk back, without looking where they're going. They have to practise over and over again to make sure they know their exact position, to know exactly when and where to walk back as to not bump into each other. The girls dance choreos have amazing formation but people hardly give any of their choreos credit except Into The New World - and that's because the girls are jumping up and down, kicking their feet. Sure, ITNW requires more energy, but I wouldn't say it's more complicated than I Got a Boy for instance.
Just because the girls have obviously been slacking in ENERGY the past few years - it doesn't mean their choreo is easy.

The beginning of Cater 2 U gave me chills.

Had to take a break, but I think I'm okay now.
Let's see...I first heard about SNSD in 2009. My best friends are Korean and they were going crazy over the DBSK split. I had no idea what the heck was happening but when I tried to find out they ended up showing me their mv for Mirotic. Then they showed me Sorry Sorry and finally Gee, which was really weird for me. I didn't get the cuteness or why there were so many girls (I thought it was insane). The fact that there were so many groups was even weirder to me since that trend had/has mostly died out in the US.
Fast forward to 2010. Run Devil Run came out and my friends were watching that video of Jess and Tiffany talking about RDR promotions. They made me watch the mv, and everything changed. I couldn't believe these were the same girls who had done Gee; I was so hooked that I started trying to learn the words, lol. I kept finding old mvs and variety shows, followed The Boys promotions, watched their 1st Japan Tour DVD and listened to that masterpiece of an album. And I've been a fan ever since

Sorry, that was longer than I thought it would be...

TLDR: This smells suspiciously like SM with the other 8 being the scapegoats
Agreed.

^ I thought someone said it didnt start until 8PM. I could be wrong though.
Yeah, I wasn't really sure...I was just trying to ballpark it
That's ages away, I would say that sm will have released a statement by then but with the way things are going...
Eh, they probably will but I doubt it'll answer any questions
-
Has the fanmeet started yet? Maybe we can get an idea about whats going on. Surely they won't just pretend like everything is normal.
I don't think it starts until 7ish kst

what's really getting me is that she didn't want to leave. unlike all the others who have left and sued SM she wanted to stay and work something out. I honestly can't believe SM would throw her and SNSD away like that.
Yeah, this is how I feel. Like, who thought this was a good idea? She clearly wanted to stay and this decision hurts everyone involved: SNSD, Jessica, even SM if we look at the drop in their stocks.
And yeah, she'll obviously be busy trying to run Blanc, but I would think that would be pretty manageable. Soshi doesn't have as many schedules where all of them have to be together constantly anymore. And if Jess wanted to go to school, SM could debut other subunits (since we know there are more) or do project groups. This just seems very dramatic, like one of the executives at SM overreacted.
Whatever. SM has already caused me enough stress this year. I feel sick and I've already warded off a few panic attacks. Hopefully we'll get some clarity at the fanmeeting.

And this is something that doesn't make sense. The members, especially Hyoyeon, don't look like people who just forced someone out, like it's written in that weibo message. If it was the agency and only some of the members, why talking about all the other 8 members?
And I really can't figure the other members forcing Jessica to leave the group, especially Hyoyeon and Seohyun.
Exactly. That "other eight" was put in deliberately; of course ppl will start to assume its Jess against the rest. But even if some members really wanted her out, all of them trying to kick her out is hard to believe. She's been friends with Sooyoung and Hyoyeon for a near decade; I can't imagine them being in on this.

Hyoyeon literally looks so lost and broken in the pictures.
Reality is starting to crash down on me.
Don't give up hope yet guys...keeping fighting...people are saying that she wasn't in SK anyway?
Apparently she's in the States right now.
Idk, I'm not ready to give up but things aren't adding up
-
She's not at the airport...
-
I take a nap and wake up to this...
I honestly feel like it's a hack; I can see Jess being forced out or even wanting to leave, but they just re-signed contracts. Even if she didn't re-sign as a SNSD member, she would still be signed on with SM so none of this makes sense.
Plus, I don't think the other girls would do that to her. Forget OT9 and their bond, but why would all eight want her out? She just posted something for Hyo's bday. What could have changed since then?

lol Veda. I got freaked out a little. I thought that was their Official MV

Oh, so we're getting another one?

The Boys was indeed glorious. 2011 as a whole was such a great year to be a fan.

Next stop, Mr. Taxi
