  1. We must not see it from a fan perspective, but from a public perspective. In that sense, the Jessica issue is simply one of management and work issue. If someone cannot or is unable to contribute, they get removed. Korea is a very team or group oriented society , much like Japan,

A person, no matter how great or talented, is always expected to put the interest of the group/team/company/country before personal interests. Its to do with their society values and dynamics, & Confucianism etc etc.

The general public sees the Jessica leaving issue as a business decision, and a logical and necessary, albeit painful decision. I bet you most Korean understand and situation more than international fans. In korea, it is is actually not uncommon for a person to leave a job or team etc becos he is no longer fully committed or is unable to contribute fully. Soem will actually resign out of responsibility.

So Jessica's leaving did not hurt the group reputation much at all. There is mostly sympathy and understanding, that SNSD is a victim of circumstances and clash of priorities. Don't be fooled by the antis into thinking korea is looking badly at Soshi.

The only loss is the leaving of some Jessica stans, and the antis getting ammunition to attack Soshi.

    this.

i have a korean citizen in my office... non-sone but he be like  "oh , jessica was removed ? she might not dedicated and professional to the group anymore so its understandable"

that is all what he said so in general public point of view , snsd image is still clear and fine.

only kpop fans + haters exaggerating the matters

I'm inclined to agree with you. I talked to my friends about this because I needed cheering up and I wanted their take on things (they're Korean btw), one right after 9/30 and the other a few weeks later. Both of them basically said the same things you guys are saying. I even argued Jessica's side and they were still like nah. Mind you, neither of them are fans. It seems to be very much a cultural thing...

I just hope that all of them can be successful in the future.

  2. Speaking of the below question, would you all like a separate thread for the Dome concert or do you just want to keep everything in this thread? I don't mind making a separate thread like we had for the last Japan tour but we could also just keep everything here so it's in one place. What do you all think?

Separate thread so this one won't be too bogged down.

  3. I really can't wait for Tokyo Dome! With this possible SHY stage maybe they really will have a different setlist with awesome special stages. What do you guys think the opening song will be? I think Show Girls would be cool

Show Girls into Paparazzi is what I'm hoping for, complete with burlesque costumes. Then maybe a medley of special songs since the rest of their Japanese songs are either electronic pop or ballads. Then intros. Idk, I just want a big budget production with actual effort put into it.

And yesss, I feel like we'll get an SHY stage.

  4. Same omg. f(x)'s choreographies especially have been getting simpler and simpler which is incredibly frustrating. At least SNSD had IGAB. I don't know why they don't use Rino more, her choreography isn't always the most difficult but it's miles better than Jillian's and it fits the girls well. Genie, Hoot, Mr. Taxi, Paparazzi are all great.

I'd really like to see them work with JaeWon again...has he done anything for them since ITNW?

Nope, I don't think so. He's worked with other artists, and has assisted with choreo but I can't find anything he's done with the girls.
