Was th half album all recorded a while back or something? ESPECIALLY Jinhwan - my biggest critique on how he used his voice is 100% nonexistent now. His voice really opened up in the lower range too. He sounds soooo gooood. B.I's voice sounds deeper live too haha. There were some small imperfections, but thats how you can tell that everything was definitely live. #proud Plus they just finished a 2 hr concert - they must've been exhausted I liked the team's EXPOSE HA moment for B.I when he was standing in the middle at one point... Lmfao, some things never change with that guy I guess Bobby ripped off his shirt and threw it in the audience? Lol but genuinely speaking, I think this could be a health hazard for the audience. And people fainted out of excitement?! I mean, I hope they're ok obvs, but wooowowow that's quite an accomplishment for ikon haha hater can say what they want, but I have no worries about this group's future - off to watch frm the beginning -

I'm curious about that too!!! Other than Rhythm Ta, everything seems to center around some sort of groove - which makes me wonder if it was only included in this half because they're promoting it during this cycle? also, wouldn't be surprised if they're saving subunits for the next half. The half album flows very well imo, and I'm in love with the funk undertone in a lot of it. Lots of nice brass features too. When I think of some of their influences - Michael Jackson, lots of R&B singers like Ne-Yo and Chris Brown, etc - I can see how their sound developed in the direction that it did. omg did i say that here already? i'm forgetting what i've said in which thread. Admittedly, I haven't listened to many YG albums beginning to end, but I think this has a more clear musical direction than some of the others. Welcome Back... i can jam to that. <3 And fuuuuuhhhh my love of My Type increases exponentially in the context of the album.

Is it 100% love for every track? Honestly, no- a strong like, but I wouldn't say love. But when you consider that a great portion of these songs were written by a guy when e was 16-18, and when you consider the rapid inprovement and dedication, it's an amazing effort. h8rs gonna h8, but they have an incredibly strong foundation and they're only gonna improve from here. I can't wait for the future.

HAHA awwwww I'm unspoilering that second gif set the best thing about yunhyeong is how you can almost always find him smiling or laughing at something in the background like yeah, bobby's hyper and easily excited and the "moodsetter" or w/e but yunhyeong's default mode is sunshine like he has this vibe of someone who takes the time to appreciate everything in life

I'm debating these. Help me decide pls T_T 6: nice angle/facial expression, but his face is shadow 9: i really like this! Nice colors and he looks happy. but other times I'm ehhh, he doesn't look like himself. And his eyes are kinda closed 10: I like the aloof expression but idk if he looks too out of it. With 8, I think the haircut makes his head's silhouette look weird. :/ doesn't really look like him that much imo. And he looks kinda stoned/dead on the inside hahah
