      Damn! I never would have guesses 47. More like.. early 30s? so do you go to the gym or work out outside? and do you have a trainer?

      I got a trainer for a while and i regret it, it was a waste of money and time, but alteast she got me motivated to go to the gym everyday. I workout on my own at the gym 5 days a week, i lift heavy weights. At the moment i have plateued and i need to comeup with a new workout plan and eat more; i have been undereating by accident which has stunt my mucle growth T.T i need to eat more.
