Keeping a healthy diet is so important when trying to gain muscle weight. But don't get too carried away - my former roommate was into body-building and would take all these powdered drinks which he bought cheaply online from China and I hope won't cause him more harm then good. And I was like that when I tried the whole trainer thing out too... it's nice but I prefer doing my own thing.

Just to live healthier I guess. Exercise more (I always have, but it's never a habit), eat healthier, just be more conscious of what I put in my body and do with it. I've smoked for about two year and quit a few months ago. It was so easy for me to quit surprisingly! but yeah, I can smell better. I never had problems breathing but I did use to cough at times and that's gone.
