I had a similar situation to the first comment, I used to go to this beauty supply store near my job, chatting with the owners all the time and everything then suddenly they started following me around the store watching me from around the corners. I thought I was mistaken, I am kinda paranoid but I went there again with my sister, and the same thing even my sister noticed, so I left and never went back.

I don't know I kinda have to disagree, I'm the darkest in my friend group and they have made similar jokes about me, and I'm more of a caramel brown but I don't care and laugh with them I mean we roast each other all time. I think if the people involve have no problem with it than leave it be. It's like how stereo type jokes can be done tastefully but that's just my opinion.
