Guys I don’t think seunghun getting an article means he is in the group.I did a naver search and keita and haruto also got naver articles. Which leads me to believe naver doesn’t mean much.

He never trends, he never ranks in the korean channels, he got #1 rank on The Treasure page a few times but his followers are also low so I have no idea. I also never heard an actual korean person thank about his visuals and I live in Korea. I have heard about hyun suk, I have heard of Yunseo but never Jaehyuk

Jaehyuk has a specific look that doesn’t translate everywhere...if he is trying for a global group Jaehyuk is not it and even if he is good at aeygo it doesn’t work that well in the west I really think the staff noonas are making most the decisions and they are gonna hurt the group’s success trajectory

I do find it interesting how Yoshinori has the saddest backstory yet people pity Seunghun and Jaehyuk more... Dead father/sick mother is way more than oh I didn’t get compliments. I saw someone on other chats about the group get told off by silver boys for bringing up yoshi’s backstory.

I haven’t heard anyone here call him old man. I heard that he adds too much a mature vibe vocally which doesn’t match the rest of the group that they want. His voice is suited for soul/rnb not pop which is why people think he doesn’t fit

I do wonder if team a + jihoon does win and hajeongwoo yoonbin and mashi leave and form a group together in another company and happen to end way more successful, how some people will take it.

The teaming and song choice will be the key determiner of what happens and who makes it. I hope people with good chem are put together and one team doesn’t end up stacked. Also wonder if they will each do solos instead to show off their true potential.

I think after iKON and WInner, YG realized he needs to trust his gut so he gets another Bigbang vs two groups who are 2pm pre scandal level. Trusting his gut got him Seungri when everyone thought hyuensung was gonna win.
