The Osen article highlighted Asahi's composing skills. Seems like he is gonna be the group composer. It literally has been saying what most here have been saying. Both teams debut same time different country and then swap.

You aren't going to get either of those things. Remember these target market is going to kpop fans in Japan...dark is okay but it will also be extremely bright or avante garde instead of trendy and sound wise japanese don't like trap. its gonna be either edm pop like Zedd, DJ Snake, M FLO however reggae and rock is okay since both of those sounds are popular in Japan.

Again YG won't be tomorrow...it will likely be late Wednesday and Thursday. Tomorrow everything will be closed for the holiday so I doubt YG will release anything.

Itunes and Spotify finally put Japanese releases up on their sites so that's how I've supported my fav japanese artists and Koreans who promote in those areas.

Vlive would have to be today otherwise it won't happen until Thursday....Its Lunar New Year in Korea with the official day being tomorrow.

This group definitely screams EDM....not tropical pop but actual EDM.

The iKON treatment in Japan is great....they slayed and were the fastest korean boy group to get a dome tour. Like if that's a bad thing, I want that bad thing to happen to me.

It really shouldn't matter where they promote as long as they are releasing good music and promoting. Also just want to point out that even if they do promote mainly in Japan more they are likely going to get way more comebacks in Japan than they do in Korea based on iKON and Daesung. However with the minors in the group, they aren't going to be stuck in Japan because they are required to go to school such as Doyong who is underaged still and not at the legal age to drop out yet. Y'all are getting fired up and upset because location.

Stop thinking traditional J group and think more twin group. Again likely both debut and switch so they are constantly promoting.

Actually could Asahi be moving into a producer role like Raesung and be the main producer for this group and Yeonggue or Jyun Hao a vocalist?

This is more like what YG is going for with the groups if it is going to be part OT6 but i think these also respect somewhat how each will sound. YG isn't gonna go for those other boy group sounds because they still haven't topped melon etc. Its not going to be just about physical but digital. He wants it all. Yeah neither group will be Korea or Japan only...I'm pretty clear what is being speculated is the primary base of operations. While this group does promotions mainly in Japan, they also promote and release in Korea just not as the same time as Treasure. Let me map it out: Let's say debut is April April: Treasure Debut in Korea; This Group Debut Japan May: Treasure Promote Korea: This Group promote Japan June: Treasure Fanmeet in Japan: This group fanmeet in Korea July: Treasure Debut in Japan: This Group debut in Korea August-October: Both teams promote in China and SEA for Concert November: Treasure Comeback in Korea, This Group Comeback Japan They act as a team to keep the group in public eye but rather than being competing groups...they promote their OWN music rather than just being the other language version of Treasure. Almost more 2am/2pm but based on countries

So..... I think the way things will work out is both groups will debut at the same time....except one will start in Japan and one in Korea. They will then switch promotions (J-team to Korea, K team to Japan) and promote. One group will get Raesung as lead producer, the other team will get Future Bounce. Also ha Noa posted anything on SNS recently. I'm surprised he isn't meeting Gon and Hun especially since they are in Japan as well.

Lineup Prediction: (B) =99% certain (I) =50% I'm positive this group will compliment Treasure (Treasure likely will be light while this will be dark). WIth that I have a feeling vocals ability will be more of the focus of this group. Look at Mashiho's song that he is really really good at singing (more soul and RnB based) and Yoonbin is a dark tone rapper so if we form a group around those two I'm seeing this lineup Yoobin Mashiho Doyong Yeonggue Jyunhao Jihoon/Yunseo/Yoshi English speaker, Chinese speaker, Japanese speaker, Korean speaker Yoonbin huge in China, Mashiho popular in West, Japan, Europe, Jyunhao for Taiwan.... Jyunhao also can be extremely serious when performing. Remember the performance YG feel in love with, he didn't smile on stage and his face was intense. Yeonggue also is really good at serious. I think Doyong was the second member but the fact the rumor was they were moving the third to second was mainly due to the fact he was graduating today. It would overshadow his accomplishment and made more sense to switch. I also think they will move him to rapper.

Yeah Jaehyuk isn't getting hearts or views at all while Mashiho is dominating everyone but Junkyu in views and conquered everyone in hearts by more than double.
