I mean this place was done a long time ago. But I enjoyed the good times. 

 

If anybody is still around, hope y'all enjoying life. I can say family can do a lot for a guy, but in a good way for me at least.

I've been checking around the forums, and it kind of makes me glad that I don't log on here these days.

 

I'm surprised and yet not surprised that the bashing thread has been removed. I mean, its been at least 4 years since its inception here, maybe 8 if you add the time when it got its start at AKP.

 

I was never a fan of it myself. IMO it was just a place for people to get a rise out of their e-dick, because they were too cowardly to debate with someone. In the early days it seem mostly comments about how unattractive or untalented some celebs/idols were. But from what I gathered, it seems like it gotten worse.

 

I feel celebs/idols should never be exempt from criticism or being called out when they do something wrong. But it has gotten to the point where its done just to see where their limits will go.

It's been months since I've been here. Tbh took me awhile to figured out how to log back in.

 

Looks like a lot is going on, and I wished it was in a better situation. That's all I got for now.

I call this the tragedy of the American middle class. I don't know why people can't let space be. Only our neighbor next door has a clean garage. I stare at their garage just to get a sense of peace as I drive through every other cluttered one. Like my aunt's garage is filled with things that seriously make you question humans. 

 

The other tragedy is cars. Not just buying them but ladies and gentlemen, your car is not a storage. 

 

My car is over 2 years old and people ask me if it's new because I keep the interior very clean. My friend commented that it smells new still. I also rarely ever eat in it. 

 

Yeah, but were not hoarders here. We don't buy stuff just for the sake of it, long term we gonna have visitors, in-laws, and god know, maybe little ones in the future. So gotta give the house some personality to it.

 

Also two years for a car isn't very long, give it another 3-5 years, and that's when you really see the difference. Granted I still encourage people to take care their car, when possible.

Is being married somehow substantially different from cohabiting while unmarried?

 

If there was a major difference, you kind of let your guard down more. Like were much more casual with what we wear if its just ourselves.

Lol hey I'm more alive than Hwayoung's career at the moment. I know late, but I've recently catching up on the world of kpop. Though if this was 3-4 years ago, I would of felt more strongly about it.

 

As for the married life, its a never-ending world wind of events. You learn more about each other. Its not always great, but its something refreshing as well, because getting through it makes it worthwhile in the end. Until you really experience it, its not something I can describe in words.

 

And there is no plans for kids, at least not yet.

I can tell you this, be prepare when remodeling your upcoming home. Its an absolute pain in the ass.

 

Also, has anyone been to France, it seems people either love it or seriously hate it.

 

I went there a couple years ago. I had a nice experience, but it was with a tour group, so if you were to do that, might not get the full scope of it.

Aww yay! Congratulations! I am currently on the hunt for my 2nd...I HATE renting my goodness. I can't believe there are people that do this their entire lives, man. I like to have too much control to rent. 

 

I was sorted into Delulupuff but didn't give a fuck and then someone gave me this stamp. I like green so it works.

 

Our rent wasn't too bad, considering we live in California. But we really wanted to live in our own place. It took us about 3 months just to find the right house. And both our parents were willing to help out financially.

 

Their only request was that it wasn't too far. Obviously they wanted an excuse to see grand kids in the future lol.

So after some time me and the mrs are finally getting our own house. There are still a few details to work on but we finally did it.

 

After nearly years living around in apartment, its about time

Its been awhile, but I've still keeping up with the news in gaming every so often.

 

My quick thoughts on Nintendo and the Switch. I'll say this, if you're a super diehard Nintendo fan, I'm sure there is no doubt its for you. But as someone who isn't so much, this isn't gonna change my mind. 

 

The hardware shows promise, but features and controllers still looks gimmicky. Because some games are still gonna required traditional controls, and I have this inkling feeling you gonna pay extra money for a more traditional controller. The 3rd party support still doesn't look very promising, but its still early, so lets hope for E3.

 

As for the paying of online, I feel like this was gonna happen at some point. I'm hoping for their sake they take at look at their competitors and see what works and what doesn't. Considering how late they are, Nintendo is gonna have to offered more than just the ability to play online. 

Wow I thought for awhile this place was done for good.

But having the right to vote is one extremely important right that should never be taken lightly. Just speaking for the US we have the right to chose our leaders. We may not like who we end up at times, but regardless of the outcome at least we had that right And we always have another chance to do so if we don't like who we have.

 

There are countries whose citizens can't even choose their leaders. hHell not even having the freedom to call them out on their bullshit.

Maybe about 6 months ago I would of given a shit, but ngl, my interest in them has dropped quite a bit(kpop in general has really waned for me).

 

I've just been learning about what's been going. So 2016 looks to be a depressing year, Hyuna from NM has left, and Rainbow now has disbanded.

KoF has so many cool and iconic character designs. Benimaru, K' and Terry seem like obvious picks? 

As much as DoA looks better than KoF, I'm still kinda hoping I enjoy XIV and that they keep the franchise going. 

 

And hey, at least they can't ever fall as low as they did with Ninja Gaiden 3 

 

Honoka being the other one. She's basically a female Raidou, which is nothing more than a character that borrows moves from other characters.

 

So far I've heard good things about the current KOF at least in terms of roster and the gameplay being still being classic KOF. Sadly I've been hearing a lot people saying the netcode is pretty shit. That is not good in this day in age for fighting games, hopefully they'll patch it up soon.

 

And Ninja Gaiden 3 was bad, that is until Ninja Gaiden Yaiba.

 

Let's be real here. Mai's DOA model looks so good in comparison to her current KOF model. And this is a 4 year old game already. Not to mention her moves seemed to have translated well into the game, at least animation wise. I'm definitely gonna dl this when it comes out.

 

Unfortunately the KOF costume pack is a no for me. Because based on the info I found out, yet again TN feels the need to pander to its selective Japanese audience by giving 3 costumes to 6 characters only for this pack.   Two of which I don't care for, two that I barely play anymore, and the last two I fucking despise.

 

And even worse a number of them are just recolors. Wow such a lost opportunity by TN, they could give a number of KOF outfits to more DOA characters. So continues my love/hate relationship with TN.

There has been some decent titles from PS+

 

But it has been very slow as of late with decent titles. I'm getting this gut feeling that Sony is getting complacent with the success of the PS4. Sadly that's not a new thing with console makers, because its just a matter of time before they screw themselves over again.

Man Microsoft is giving you the good stuff. I would have love if Sony did that. :(

Though my dad did get Attack on titan the game in Chinese so I might just try that out as I wait for koei to do so

That, and I'm not too keen on the fact that once your subscription is over you can't play the free games you downloaded.

So I tried out Warriors Orochi 3 Ultimate since its free on Xbox1 this month, though just to let you know today is the last day to get it free.

 

Its been a number of years since I've played any Dynasty/Samurai Warriors games. I'll say this, its fun but not something you want to play for long periods of time. Because if your not into repetitive hack and slash gameplay and a bit of grinding its not for you. And graphically, its not that great, but considering that its a port of a 2011 game, I let it slide.

 

Right now I'm just trying to get through to game so I can play the DOA characters.
