    The media and the general public are gender biased. That's all there is to it. There's a reason why you never see strong female characters in dramas. You always see strong, dominant men, dragging girls by their wrists/arms, having their way. I jumped into a conversation the other day, on Twitter, with a Korean journalist who was talking about the issue. I brought up the fact that the reason domestic violence still goes unnoticed is because of a specific type of mentality that Asians have. That 15% he is talking about is the statistic for married women in abusive households per year.

    IDK. I'm Googling about it, but I don't see anything about a Sept. 3rd show. The week goes from 4-11. So I think people on Twitter have their information mixed up.

    She is confirmed to attend AT LEAST the Kathleen Kye show, which is Sept. 3rd from what people are saying. It'll be Kye's first show in NY and CL is going to support her good friend. No idea if she'll attend any other shows.

    Looks like CL will be at New York Fashion Week between Sept. 4-11. No idea which days she'll be there. After that, she'll probably head straight to London Fashion Week for Sept. 12 and then fly to YGFC or do YGFC first and then go back to London. Either way, she'll be super busy and mingling with celebs.

    Pretty much... There are a lot of K-Pop idols whose looks are questionable in the West. Someone like Yoona would be considered basic compared to someone like CL.
