I think that maybe some of the reason we have missed out on things is because Good Luck didn't perform as well as it should have. Yes we know it's because of the controversy and the music show mess up etc and yes we had only half a promotion but on paper it will read that Good Luck did worse that Heart Attack and that doesn't help. Yes favouritism to certain companies is also a factor but performance will have something to do with it 2016 has been hard. The haters wanted to finish AoA but thousands of them were not powerful enough to do that but they did give us one year that had a little hardship. We need to let all that go now though and start 2017 strong. Yes the haters are already trying to work out their next way of taking away another year from us. But let them try, anything they try to take or anything they took in 2016, this year we'll take it back. The big shows will give us a lot more time next year end because we will have earned it by then!!

Hi there!! It's good to see you came and joined us. Don't worry about how ppl were with your post. A lot of people think Seolhyun is really pretty but if they admit it then it means she becomes a threat to other idols. By just complimenting her body they can limit what they give her credit for. Which means if someone steps forward saying how pretty she is then ppl have to disagree out of principle for their bias. You have come just in time though. The comeback looks like it is going to be really good and you get to celebrate it with us all . What do you think of the Excuse Me teaser? And it just keeps rising. That's what I like to see . This looks really promising. I'm not going to judge the song too much based on this since they could be trolling. Remember like a cat teaser? Everyone heard that and thought it was going to be a some club anthem yet the music it played only appeared as an intro part for the MV and wasn't actually part of the main song. So it's hard to tell what to think yet. I do like the costumes though and if what we heard is from the song then I am liking what I heard!! Yeah it doesn't make sense but in the end it's only a teaser and so it's not really important. Look at Heart Attack teaser with Choa. She was with a heart machine yet the concept was lacrosse. Teasers sometimes leave more questions until the MV drops. Whether it's Choa or not or whether the glass was frosted or not I found a lot less important than seeing our angels look gorgeous like that and stare at their loooooooooong legs lol

Yes Yuna seems to do very well on the v-app. I think all of her Fox's secret voice are over a million hearts now. Looks like she still gets shown a lot of love on there!

Yeah I agree. I think FNC will be a little careful this time and make sure they keep an eye on everything. They know better than we do how haters and netizens can be about trying to keep things going because they don't like to forgive anything in Korea. So I guess a strating promoting the comeback not long before it happens but making the promotion quite intense is preferable to doing it over a longer period of time and risking something else happening or the history witch hunt being rekindled. So it does make sense yes I think these covers are fine. In the end the covers do not dictate how the album sells. If the songs are good then the albums will sell just fine even if the cover doesn't have AoA's faces on it.

I think I prefer the Excuse Me outfits right now but as everyone has said it could change when we get other teasers. They looked amazing, which was a surprise since at first I really didn't like the jackets but they just made our angels shine as bright as they always do. Really enjoyed it!!

Most of what you said sounds right. But I would say the group have had varying levels of success. Saying they failed is quite off the mark. They haven't exactly been sat on their hands. Mina for example has been doing acting roles and getting praised for it. Yuna too has dona a few dramas now and it's been received well. AoA Cream sure didn't flop and to say it was made up of the 3 least known members, they did well. Also none of those 3 had been a focus for a comeback before so they carried off the promotions really well too. As I said on an earlier post it does make sense using Seolhyun though. She is the best choice from a business point of view. Yuna usually looks good in most colours. She usually manages to pull them off. This is kinda back to COnfused days and she looked amazing back then

The problem is that not a lot of people understand how mediaplay works or how using your best resource is used to push your brand etc. A lot go by emotion and because their bias isn't the focus then it causes trouble and gets Seolhyun some hate. I mean I would love to see them push someone like Hyejeong, Chanmi or Yuna as a main focus for a comeback but in the end that isn't feasible and would result in less hype. I remember when Like a Cat teaser came out and that was Seolhyun in the cat suit. There was a big argument on here because ppl were angry Seolhyun got all the exposure, so we aren't new to this problem. Yet when Choa did that heart monitor teaser for Heart Attack no one said much at all. In the end it's a business and mediaplay is about business too. Seolhyun is best for business when it comes to pushing the group. It's a shame not all fans can see that and those that can't insult her, which only does the haters job for them

Yeah netizens don't have the power people think they have. Jimin had to deliver them a scandal wrapped in a bow before they could impact an AoA comeback and even then the public was still buying it faster than Heart Attack at first. Netizens are only any good if they can find enough backing but normally their power is minimal at best. Bigger is better. She is so cute. Never thought I would say that about Chanmi who said before that her charm is that she has no aegyo. Guess she proved herself wrong!

Seolhyun looks amazing in the teaser. I didn't see the double title tracks coming. I am really looking forward to this!! Oh and out of the Christmas greetings messages from our angels, I thought Chanmi's was the best. That santa impression won it for me lol. I remember when she used to be quite awkward doing those things on her own and the chance of getting even a second of aegyo was impossible. She has certainly come a long way

Those Christmas greetings were good. Yuna with her beautiful voice and good pronunciation when singing in English Seolhyun with the food as usual lol Jimin being crazy but really cute with it. Seriously though Jimin can bring a smile to my face so easy. Fearless leader!!! And Choa with that powerful voice but the mistakes she makes with her pronunciation when singing in English are actually cute Looking forward to the rest!!

It's stupid any time not looking after your main singer for one of your groups but when that group is about to do a comeback and your main singer is just about the only one that can't be replaced easy, then treating her like FNC are is just dumb

Okay so I was the idiot that sat looking at this for 10 minutes thinking it was some kind of spot the difference lol. I thought it was easy to start with when I got the food in her mouth but then it turned really hard. Until I finally realised it wasn't s spot the difference lol. Oh well at least I got to stare at beautiful Chanmi for 10 minutes. A big silver lining right there.

It does look like they are going for a dark, light (maybe fallen angel and normal angel) concept. If she is wearing the costumes they will wear then we get the dark and light there, plus her facial expression shows a kind of gentle expression in the white and a less compassionate look in the dark. Main thing is though we have always been able to enjoy the fact that AoA bring something unique to the table, cat concept, lacrosse, lifeguard etc. So this will no doubt something unique for us all to get excited about. This is gonna be good!!

I agree. As I said before, maybe I am an optimist but in my mind the only time AoA failed to do better than a previous song is when there was a huge scandal involving thousands of people. Otherwise they have always delivered. Nearly every song has done better than the previous one (Good Luck was doing better than HA at first so even Good Luck kept that going) and out of their last 4 clean comebacks 3 have gone 30+ weeks. So I feel they have a lot going for them and that keeps me feeling positive. Thankfully it's the same couple hundred NB zombies every time. It obviously doesn't speak for the public as we know that Seolhyun is everywhere in South Korea. So when it comes to anything to do with pathetic NB and their zombies, I really don't care. If the movie is good the public will make it a success.

I think part of the reason the Good Luck video was like it was is because of the sponsorship deals FNC got. With how little care they seem to be putting into this comeback, if they don't get a lot of sponsorship deals again then AoA will be back to Confused days. A couch on a stage

Okay so I don't usually throw theories out since I usually wait for facts and react to that. However I found this AoA Vs AoA interesting and had a thought about it. Maybe this could be pointing to a change of style. As we know AoA was a band mostly at first. Then that style dropped and the new style was sexy girl group which they have kept. So maybe they are ready to change style again and this AoA vs AoA could be the old AoA (sexy) vs the new AoA (whatever the style is). The main reason I said this is because if you look at that Chanmi Note video, Chanmi was not dancing sensuously to a sexy soundtrack. It was very energetic and some of them did show interest in doing a more hip hop style in the past. So maybe this is going to be different than what we have seen from them before. Could be totally wrong just a thought that came to me so thought I would throw it out there.

2nd of January with their first full album and FNC are acting as if it's just another day. So annoying. How the hell are they gonna get the hype built high if they are going to leave it to the last second to drop teasers etc. FNC are so stupid at times like this. They need to get to work. After the scandal and the reflection phase they were forced to go through, they need to raise the hype as high as possible. The haters are out there ready to drag up the history thing again and the Zico thing so FNC need the hype high to counter that. Come on FNC wake up FFS!!! I know FNC seem to have this "we fear no one" attitude with release dates and sometimes I think they are crazy for doing that and then sometimes I think it is a genius move when AoA still do pretty well even with all the competition. I guess we will have to wait and see how it goes this time. Either way an AoA comeback is always something to get full hype about!!

I think FNC know they have to prepare quite a lot of groundwork before the comeback. The haters of AoA never had anything to use against our girls for a long time. So they won't let this history thing go easily nor will they let the Seolhyun, Zico thing go. So FNC know the haters will be vocal to try and ruin this comeback also. So they need to prepare the public and kpop community the best they can. Let's hope it works because the haters are just waiting to get vocal again.

NB is the worse place to listen to anything referring to AoA. NB will pass up translating an article that will get over 10k votes on the comments to translate a hate article on AoA that gets 200 votes. This is why I have no respect at all for NB. They supposed to be reporting the news in kpop but their agenda is to cause as much trouble for groups they don't like as they can. To me NB is the lowest form of scum. (can you tell I don't like them? lol) I do see why you thought it could be true though. Most of the AoA haters go on there and love making a lot of noise about how no one likes AoA. In truth AoA have a lot of what I call sleeper fans. People who don't actually class themselves as Elvis and so don't join the official fanclub, but yet always buy their stuff. A little like Sistar. One of the top groups yet they had a smaller fandom than AoA. In the end the general public decide the popularity of a band and AoA usually seem to do well with the general public, thankfully. My advice is let the figures of the next comeback do the talking. They will tell you better than any netizen or website, how AoA are doing As for rumours. I don't listen to them usually. I like to wait until they become fact but if you are going to listen to rumours then yes Ket is usually solid with the information It's always been FNC's policy to not be scared of the big groups. AoA has usually done quite well against the biggest groups. Even out performed the biggest groups in some areas. Yes some companies will pick a time carefully, so their biggest group can sweep up lots of wins without any real competition but then that group goes back to under performing once they have to take on the big groups again. I guess FNC's way of looking at it is that you have to be willing to walk with the giants to be classed as one. I look forward to seeing how they do!
