Welcome It's good you decided to join us and begin posting. It's always fine if people want to just lurk but it's better to have people post since then we can get to know other Elvis, which is always a good thing.

Wish people would leave it to people who know the facts instead of people from other fandoms taking it upon themselves to edit Wikipedia. I like how they think they know enough to deem this song a flop before it even stops charting.

This is very normal for AoA though. They have not really ever had the burst support needed to secure a #1 for a while. The support has always been over time which is why they have such great longevity but not a long strong of #1's that stayed at #1 for a while. Short Hair we lost out to Good Luck by Beast Like a Cat mostly lost out to Kyuhun with "At Gwanghwamun" (I think it was called that Heart Attack most ly lost out to Sistar because Sistar has those burst sales that got them #1. However AoA's power is that longevity. In all cases the song that beat them to #1 left the charts months before AoA's song did even if the songs were released around the same time. Take Heart Attack. SNSD, A Pink, Sistar, Exid, Big Bang and a few other good groups all had releases in the charts around the time of Heart Attack and all of them dropped out of the chart months before Heart Attack did. So excuse me showing this kind of staying power is totally normal but it is still good to see it because it shows the trouble from the history thing really is starting to subside now. This is why people don't like Wikipedia because any idiot with an account can make it say whatever you want. This is obviously a non fan trying to be funny

So amateur when they can't even get the right face to the right person. It happened not long ago too. Wish they would let the people who at least know who the members are to do the articles ffs

That's how I know NB has this hate thing going on for AoA. Their will be positive articles with 5k+ upvotes yet she will translate a bad article with about 250 upvotes for the top hate comment because those are all she concentrates on with AoA. Not sure if it was true but I heard that during the history thing if anyone went on NB and started speaking up for AoA they were banned from there. That I don't know if true but a few did say it at the time.

I'm completely not surprised that NB goes to places that hate on all AoA members to find her articles. It's never been hidden that she hates AoA yet the amusing thing is that the only time NB has ever had any relevance is when they are doing AoA articles. Shows how pathetic they are that they will ride the coattails of the group they hate to get relevance. Pathetic NB as always. Still it's good to see Choa can bring in nearly 2k upvotes for a positive comment for articles about her. She deserves that love!!

She could have signed his shoes, his clothes. Hell if it was me and I met Seolhyun she could sign my face lol. I would find something to sign. He certainly wasn't thinking straight! Hearing that Choa was practicing though is no surprise. I think I would faint if I ever saw a pic where the others were practicing and she was laid on the floor relaxing. Although I am pretty sure Choa practices in her sleep too

I think what makes it more amusing that if she just made herself a little taller then that would be one thing but she tries to be as tall as Hyejeong when everyone knows she is small. I think if she could get away with it she would walk round on stilts and be about 8 feet tall.

Knetz have been a little uneasy since Big Hit started using legal methods to stop all the crap they were saying and let's be honest here, knetz have spent a lot of time saying terrible rumours and untruths about Seolhyun to make her look as bad as possible. If FNC really wanted to they would have a strong legal case against some of them and I wish they would. I am so tired of these little internet warriors feeling like they are little gods because they are hiding behind their monitors. It's time they found out just how precarious their position could actually be She looks amazing. I am really pleased she is getting this kind of spotlight. These kinds of photoshoots really suit her!

Well I guess that will be a good chance for fandoms to start insulting other idols like they like to do on these shows. Korea seriously loves these kind of shows that pit idol against idol and all it does it give knetz, haters and trolls a platform to hate on an idol more than normal. This is just an actors version of Unpretty Rapstar and we all know how that went. Maybe I am being paranoid. Although Knetz never fail to be predictable so I guess we shall see. I bet NB will be crawling out of the lowlife pond she lives in, just hoping for some juicy articles lol. Yes you can tell I like NB

Yuna looknig amazing again. It's good to see some companies think she has enough solo brand power to be worth using in a solo feature like this. It's nice to hear she is so determined to perform. She just needs to make sure she doesn't harm herself trying to run before she can walk.

lol I remember this guy. Name is HighTop. That video was from 2014 so it shows how long he has liked Jimin and that dedication has never wavered. I think he was also on Real Men at one point and asked then if he liked any idol and he said Jimin instantly. I think this guy has earned the right to be totally dominated by the top madam. He will never be the same again!! But at least he will learn to obey lol. I don't know if this has any thing to do with it, but they have had some internal arguments also. Some of the fans were really angry because j.Hope didn't get any lines and only mainly harmony so they got vocal which caused the Jin fans to get angry because he doesn't get many lines in most songs. You get the idea. Don't know if that has an impact but hopefully they will sort it out soon. Good to see AoA doing so good on the Japanese charts. They represent quite strongly and some of the big groups in Korea don't even show up in Japan charts but AoA does often. Can't blame FNC going there to release songs if that's where the real money is. Yeah it sucks for the fans who don't get to see promotions for a song properly but FNC is a business and will go where they make the most money

One good thing about FNC is that they are used to dealing with hate from other fandoms. Most of their groups at some time have had some argument with someone lol. So they have also learned how to cope with most things and turn it around. All they need is something to work with and SF9 have many many positives that FNC can work with to make these guys loved. I have no doubt that they will be big one day. As I mentioned on a recent post, BTS didn't get their first #1 for about 2 years or something like that. Then they finally get #1 and look at them now and what they are winning. That big break can come at any time and for some it takes a little longer. If it takes SF9 a couple of years then so be it. The main thing is that they get there and I believe totally that they will!! This is really good. Only been going a few months and in the top 20 for brand ranking. A very positive sign. As their brand ranking goes up they get more exposure to the general public and that will benefit them greatly!! Thank you for your words on AoA. Much appreciated. We have kinda got used to it now though. Since AoA got to a position where they were making an impact against the bigger groups they started getting lots of hate and it doesn't stop but at the same time you come to realise it is irrelevant to how well the group actually does. That is the same for SF9. No matter how much hate they get just remember that those that hate on them won't be buying their songs anyway so they don't count to anything important. As long as the fanbase stays strong then let the haters moan. They will continue to sell well despite the hate. Yeah the scandal affected us a little this time, also coming back from promoting in Japan made it so AoA's name was not strong enough to support 2 main titles. They just appeared from Japan and released a song instantly. It was always going to be a little bit of a struggle. But I have no doubts they will rise just fine next comeback . I just realise I must be liking SF9 because I actually know most of their names and I haven't even followed them closely yet. I say yet because I think they are going to be one of my fave boy groups. I don't usually learn names if I don't like a group and I have learned most of theirs automatically without having to read up about them. Never done that before lol

I do agree. But it can't go both ways. I see some people mention often that AoA haven't won a large amount of music shows and haven't had #1 many times. Personally I have always liked the fact that we are put in the same pool as the big fish and not just do a comeback when the wins are easier and no real competition. I like it because then if we get a win I feel it was done against strong competition and that makes me proud. But as I said it can't be both ways. If FNC are going to put us up against big groups then our wins will go down because the other groups will still win at times also and probably take #1. The only sad part to it thought is that the record books don't explain that the reason AoA haven't had many #1's is because we go against hard to win groups. In the record books it just sticks with the hard facts and if someone doesn't know AoA it can look a little unimpressive when it truth the way they fight and get wins against all odds make them legends in my eyes. Oh and the reason I sometimes put things in spoiler is because it is quite common for me to type long pieces of typing and not everyone likes to see a big chunk of writing on the thread. So I try to be considerate of that and put it in spoiler

I find I am liking the new song Roar. It's very catchy. I notice the usual haters are at work but don't worry about it, just like AoA keeps proving the haters wrong, SF9 will prove them all wrong also. Haters try to cast hate on the things a group does best so to take away their greatest strengths. SF9 are strong and continue to get stronger. Just about all the reactions to them on Youtube are very positive. Soon they will be selling enough to appear at a good position on the charts too. From there things will only get better

I agree. I think AoA gained some ground back this comeback. I do think that FNC was risking way too much releasing 2 songs though. After the trouble they had with the history thing etc and the fact they then went off to do stuff in Japan, it was way too optimistic to believe they could release 2 songs and one not mess up the other. They weren't strong enough yet to do 2 songs and FNC should have just gone with one of them. As for AOA not getting the proper respect for their accomplishments, I think most of us are used to that at this point. I have seen AoA come 2nd on a list and people mention 1st, 3rd, 4th etc but hardly any mention AoA. Just like when AoA win a list they will start praising 2nd and on. In the end though the important thing is that AoA is there on those lists. If people ignore them that is fine because those lists show that the outside world sure as hell knows who they are and still likes them and that is a lot more important than if they get the recognition they deserve on here. If FNC had been more selective when they Did an AoA comback, instead of doing when when groups like Beast, Sistar,SSND, A Pink etc had also been doing a comeback then we would sure as hell have many more wins right now. Even Goodluck was released WHile Twi** were at #1 and you know the size of their fanbase. FNC seem to like making it impossible for AoA for some reason. I said this not long ago, that I liked to go on posts and brag about what we accomplished. Yes I do it because it upsets the haters and that makes me happy. But at the same time I am praising AoA for what they accomplish but I think part of the problem is that the AoA fandom is used to being the ones that rise above the mess and try to be the strong silent type. Problem is that all the other fans shout over us while we are being the strong silent type and people hear them and not us. So I think it's good to openly praise AoA when they do good. I know ppl say that a lot but if I remember right, a while ago there was a list posted that showed girl groups fans ratio male to female and at the time A Pink was still doing really well (probably second only to SNSD) and they had somehting like 70% male. There were others like that also, that were high up and yet had mostly male fans. It kinda made it seem like groups with male fans can have very dedicated fans too.
