  1. They were really one of the best K-idols to come to Japan. I liked them more than SNSD because they actually took the time to learn the language and do long term promos.

KARA QRLGYBO.png  . Love all of their Japanese activites rlytearpls.png , from the music to the concerts to their appearances on shows (like Tokyo Friend Park 2) and so on.

For real! They could go on shows without a translator. That's like Toho (looooooved their Japanese songs).

Im obsessed with Mamma Mia rn

KARA was my favourite of the three girl groups in 2007 (WG, SNSD, and KARA).

    LOL https://onehallyu.com/topic/537894-844-of-japanese-hate-kpop/

Kpop is definitely still popular in Japan! I mean look at all these sold out concerts:

    Bigbang's Fukuoka concert (Dec 9, 2016 <- Friday)

According to a fan that went "Today's Yahoo Fukuoka Dome, only 1/4 of the stands were filled so any seat was a 'kami-seki'! (what's the English term? God seat? lol) But such a (small) group of people got to monopolize BIGBANG so I feel satisfied jCQ9zCm.png And TOP-chan's still seemed excited despite the low turn out lol"

BTS's live on July 15, 2016 (That would also be a Friday...)

According to a fan that: "I heard that there are 1800 empty seats! Isn't that so mean? When they practiced and worked hard so everyone can enjoy it!"

Honestly there's more (I've seen these kinds of pictures for Ikon and EXO) but strangely this doesn't spread around the international fans so they only know about them "Selling out" the concerts.

You can give them all these receipt and they still will deny it. If you argue with them you're just a "bitter anti" lol.

Don't get me wrong, I still like kpop but I don't like it in Japan mostly because of these annoying delusional fans. Although I used to be one (a TWICE fans )until recently.

At this point I really give up. As long as they dont come for my kings (Toho), im not gonna bother

  2. How random, but cool!

Have any of you guys had a friend that was in a relationship that was so draining you almost don't want to be friends with them anymore? I get listening to someone vent is part of being a friend, but like you know your relationship isn't working at all and you don't see a future together, why stay with them and continue to complain when they do the same thing they've been doing the last 2+ years.

I don't know how many times I can listen to my friend say they're done/broken up with this person, just to still be together. Now they're saying they know they don't want to be with them, but are going to wait 7 months to break up with them. Like wth?! /rant

Now that that's over, looking forward to a few releases this upcoming week! lol laugh.png

It's so weird though becuz I mostly tweet about MatsuJun and Nino and random Kpop and American acts 😂 Maybe he has me on mute

Yes I had except I stopped being her friend for a different reason. Her issue with her ex was just something that contributed to why I didn't want to be friends with her anymore. They just don't listen sigh

  3. It's banned!

But GOT7 was on Buzz Rhythm earlier this month...

I mean, it's banned from big shows!

But Big Bang was on Music Station in February...

They'll just make an excuse every time.

You can't really deny the sales at least but ... :|

I honestly don't mind Kpop groups coming over, but at least give us the bops

  4. The only handsome one is Sota... the rest are plain or odd looking. Its difficult for me to watch J-dramas because of how pretty the girls are but how strange the men look. There are so many better looking guys just walking down the street, I have no clue why entertainment companies are so hellbent on bringing the visual pollution to our screens.

Are you watching for the looks or the drama lol. They're not that bad looking.

  5. Because YG has a superiority complex. They're they bad boys of the KPop idol world. But how bad is that to begin with?

After School is one of the KPop acts I did like. Shinichi Osawa produced that song, as well as

He also produced the song SeeYaWithYou posted on this page, under his MONDO GROSS name.

You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make them drink. I don't suggest things to people because they're basically looking for KPop / Western top 40 music in Japanese, and that's not my thing. And they want a certain kind of act, one that they can lose themselves in via non-music things like variety shows and social media because they don't have much going on in their own lives.

im just showing them resources like arama, youku, weibo and etc. but everything else (new music) they're finding on their own. I think that's the fun part of Jpop anyway.

  6. I can help with Kanjani8 and a few other Johnnys, or a bit about Johnnys in general.

It's actually how to find content for Jpop newbies xD if you guys can give me a list of where you find news, PVs, or whatever, that would be wonderful thanks ^^

A lot of the peeps keep complaining about how hard it is to find stuff. *looks at my list of 8 video sites*

  7. That WINNER thread was funny ngl.

Also, I really feel like I need to bring back Jpop 101 thread and have it pinned for these new Jpop fans. Sadly, my knowledge for the idols besides Arashi is non-existent so I may need some help with that.
