OMG OMG YASSS TAEMIN COMEBACK!! So a mini album with 5/6 songs? There are two words in there I can't make out. Why can't I see Mystery Lover, aka his best song, on that poster tho. If he doesn't perform it I'll be mad.

All these pics from SM Town have have me drooling  I've been watching that one ending song fancam way too many times 

Minho confirming that SHINee has the upper hand in the contracts makes me incredibly happy 

 

And SM Town in Paris PLEASE BE TRUE I want to go again so bad

SHINee are good at this. I'm personally not a fan of either RDD or Lucifer (as iconic as both songs are) and often groan when they appear on concert setlist but let me tell you when they preformed Lucifer live at the Chicago fanmeet last year I was bopping like it was my fave title track. 

 

Everybody and Sherlock are by far their best performance tracks tho. This is undeniable imo. Its hard to see performance like those and not be impressed whether you actually like the song itself or not.

Lol, I'm not a fan of RDD either but I'm sure it would have been a fun song to watch live

 

Sherlock was my favorite performance to watch live out of the songs they did on SM Town for sure. But I've always loved Sherlock so I knew I would love the performance too. It was even better than I expected 

 

This!! Lol Everybody is not my fav either - I just never really like the dubstep/complexstro thing, but when they laid on the floor to begin Everybody, I got super excited. The energy from SHINee was unreal, and the energy from the crowd was the type where you eonder if you're really experiencing this, in this moment. Really really fantastic. That being said I was indeed singing and chanting along still lol, how could one not..

Same I just can't with the dubstep, the instrumental becomes  a little too noisy for me. Luckily the awesome performance manages to save the song

 

Yes I was at toronto stop. HH I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU GUYS DISLIKE EVERYBODY WHEN IT'S PROB MY FAV TITLE SONG .  I still think it's crazy how diverse everyones top 5 is because shinee have so much diff type of music.

True. I think it's really interesting to hear about other Shawols favorite SHINee songs, but I find it so hard to come up with my own top 5

So happy you had a great time! Honestly I was disappointed in the setlist (because it looked really basic) but damn seeing those performances live has to be amazing for sure 

Thank you! I was kinda disappointed with the setlist at first too, but when I actually watched them perform I didn't care about the basic setlist at all and enjoyed every second of it. They could have picked all my least favorite songs to perform and I would probably still have loved it because they really were on fire yesterday and I was just so amazed by their energy, stage presence and performing skills. 

 

And it's weird how seeing a song live can change your opinion on it a little bit, because I've always hated Everybody, but now I finally realized that it's such a great song to perform live. It got everyone so hype and even tho I still don't like the song itself the performance is EVERYTHING and I finally just realized that. Now I'm actually glad they performed it. Kinda bitter they only did a small part of 1of1 tho, but what can you do 

SM Town today was so fun! It was my first time seeing all of ot5 and it was such an amazing experience. SHINee had the best performance out of all the groups by far and this is not me being biased. They absolutely killed it and they sounded the most clear out of everyone and had much less backing track than the other groups. Taemin and Jjong also did amazing for their solo stages! 

 

And the Shawols were screaming and cheering so loud it was amazing! I was seated right under the Shawol section, but I wish I was up there with the rest of them it would have been so fun 

 

And ofc Minho was the last out of all the SM artist to leave the stage. He kept smiling and waving at us after everyone else had left, he's the sweetest 

Taeyeon did so well today and she looked PERFECT! I was waving my lightstick like a madman even tho the batteries were out. But jfc why are there always some technical issues when Taeyeon is performing... She sang well, but the sound was messed up during her Rain performance and sometimes I could barely hear her 

 

yes, my friend who was with me is fluent in korean and obviously the shawols didn't know that and bad-mouthed about us behind us..it was really full on that night and they said "these white bit*hes take our place/space away"

i know not all (k) fans are like this!! probably not even 40%? ..but these kind of "k-netizen" type of fans do exist

 

...did you also have a heart attack everytime Jjong looked at the audience? 

What the heck that's so rude. I went there with my girlfriend on Jjong's last blue night recording so it was probably even more packed than usual, but the Shawols there were so nice and helped us find a nice spot where we could watch.

 

Ofc I did! And I swear he looked right at me at some point

Reading Taemin's apology broke my heart. It's not his fault at all, I hope he knows that 

 

I don't get why SM keeps booking Olympic hall for artists who surely need bigger venues, it's like they don't care... It's the same place Taeyeon had her concert earlier this year, and Sones complained then too although the issue didn't become nowhere near this big. 

 

i just remembered how pissed k-shawols are everytime when "their" idol gets shipped outside of Korea (international schedules i mean)

 

..and now Taemin has a concert in Korea with way lesser seats than the concert in Japan

k-Shawols must be fuming right now ._.

 

sidenote: i don't pity them though .. call me selfish and childish but i was called ugly names by k-Shawols for being at the Garden Studio to see Jonghyuns blue night .. some of these fans really think these idols belong only to them and that they can't "share" it with i-fans .. also korean Shawols had the chance for 9 years to see a SHINee concert and they will have more chances in future..especially when it comes to Taemin as he is the youngest

 

...but it's really sad that Taemin thinks he has to take all the blame now :(

What did they really treat you like that? That sucks. Everyone was so nice to me when I went to watch blue night 

I'm so happy for Taemin! Although I wish the shows were a month earlier so I could go 

 

Ticket war is going to be insane tho...

 

i wanted to continue watching lookout so bad but i've been so packed with work and other schedules the past weeks and i'm finally flying to tokyo next week, so i can probably continue watching only when i get back 

 

but hey, guess who's going to smtown tokyo????????????

Omg finally!! I've missed her 

I'm so in love with Flame of Love. The instrumental is beautiful and I LOVE all the traditional elements he's using in the song. Choreo is on point too ofc can't wait too see it properly. I feel like Taemin has managed to create his own sound/style for his Japanese discography and I really hope he continues to release music like this in Japan. 

I'm so hyped for Flame of Love   Taemin never disappoints and the teaser photos look beautiful!!

I just came back from Jonghyun's concert and I am blown away by how charismatic he is on stage!!

 

Let Me Out was just as epic live as I thought it would be  Elevator was an emotional roller coaster and Crazy was super cool! The instrumental with the live band, especially the guitar parts, made the song 10x better and he sounded so cool when doing the rap parts  Where Are You was also definitely a highlight, everything about it was hilarious. My only complaint is that he didn't perform my favorite song Skeleton Flower 

Persona is over :( I feel like I'm gonna have post concert depression for the rest of my life

 

I feel extremely lucky to have been able to witness this special moment in Taeyeon's career and to have had the opportunity to attend as much as five of her concerts. I don't think I would have been able to sit through the same concert five times with any other singer, but with Taeyeon the fifth day of Persona was just as magical as the first. I'm still not over how charismatic she is when performing, her confidence and stage presence when performing solo has improved so much!

 

After the shows in Hong Kong I've come to the conclusion that I'm Okay is my favorite stage from Persona. Her attitude and stage presence during that performance was off the charts. I'm so glad I got to experience badass Tae live 

Ah! Just one week apart! 

I was actually surprised that she went today considering she is leaving tomorrow and her concert is this weekend.

I was surprised too. I had hope she might go next week. But I guess I shouldn't be complaining. At least I'll be seeing her in HK soon

Jonghyun and Taeyeon's friendship is like my favorite thing ever. I love seeing my two faves being so supportive of each other. And the pics are so cute!

 

Although I selfishly wish she would have waited a bit before going to is concert as I'm going next week and I can't help thinking that we could have been there on the same day
