Holy fuck this is awesome.

Hyomin's comeback is so amazing :O. I literally like EVERY song in this mini, which is very rare for me, even if to varying degrees(wouldn't have minded a faster track or two). You can easily tell that a lot more effort was put into this than her debut, and considering that Hyo herself had a hand in putting this together, she should really be proud of herself. Her video was also very well done, and hot as hell, even if I thought it was a touch too sultry for her, but oh well, it's not a big deal since she does sexy well. Only things that I wasn't very pleased with were her choreo for Sketch, her sounding a bit too breathy at times, and her being so nervous during the first part of her showcase. I don't think I've ever seen her this nervous on stage, which is sad since she used to be pretty nice to watch on stage some time ago. I guess she's been feeling a lot of pressure now since there were a lot of resources used to make this mini(more than T-ara's last comeback, I bet), plus this time she's had a big role in putting it all together so she probably feels potential failure more personal and damaging than ever before. Her popularity in Korea also might be at its lowest, so this might be her last chance to regain some of it. I don't imagine KKS' dickery would be very good for moral.

I'm eager for Hyo's comeback but I'm kind of uncomfortable with her image in it, what we've seen of it anyway. She's sexy but so far she seems to not be very comfortable with it and it just seems a bit too ...sensual/vulnerable for her? She's always been sexy and all but usually there's at least somewhat of a lighthearted/fun element to it and I'm not sure she fits this new type. It may be in part because I'm not sure I like the concept very much but it just comes off like she's trying a bit too hard. Maybe it's just me.

Probably seems a bit random, but am I the only one who thinks that Hyomin looked better predebut(ulzzang days) than she did during debut time? During debut she looked like the most underfed out of all of them and had weird looking eye bags and styling, and even considering those she looked strange to me. Really an eyesore when compared to pretty much any other period of time. I'm asking mostly because baby's ''now and then'' topic reminded me of their debut days.

Don't really know but that could mean may/june. And if there's really no news of any comeback yet and Hyomin still has her solo in March, then that seems likely to be the case.

I'm still hoping we get it before Hyomin starts her solo stuff. Not sure how realistic that is though, since they might want to promote and perform it for a while, and Hyomin's already scheduled to have her solo in March(I think?). We'll see, I guess.

That's a nice way of looking at it. Though personally I still think they'd be doomed eventually, mainly because they'd probably still work in the same toxic enviorment, with the same moron for a boss.

Even when I was a big fan of Eunjung's, I could never understand why people thought she was such a great leader. She just seemed like a naive, albeit cute and nurturing, puppy to me. It's hard to tell who's the strongest psychologically; N4 once said it was Jiyeon, but you can never tell for sure. I suppose you could try to measure how they each handled these last few years(from what we get to see anyway), a lot of people seem to do so, but I'm not convinced that's a proper way either. For starters, we don't know what they each had to deal with individually. Some of them lost more income, some of them probably had more support from family and friends, some of them are just better at hiding stuff etc. As for Hyomin, I'm convinced a big part of why she seems the most affected is because she's absurdly expressive and is just growing out of celebrity life gradually. I also think she unfairly gets a bad rep for being an emotional weakling, even from some t-ara fans. Given how she seems predisposed towards being anxious and how well she's managed to handle herself over the years in everything she's done(performing, variety with people much more famous than her), I'd say she has a lot of inner resources. Speaking as an anxious person, it's a lot harder to do the things she does than someone who doesn't have issues of the sort. Of course, it depends on how you look at things. I for one think that if you can do something, in Hyo's case performing, handling criticism and variety stuff, even though you have a handicap, then you've got more stones than someone who doesn't share your handicap. People might disagree with me. Oh, and I'm pretty sure a lot of the her early invincible youth/variety persona was exaggerated to a degree. I love how talking about Hyomin makes me start rambling.
