That's Love Live! School Idol Project, I watched it all some time ago. I think that Soul may be Eli, the blonde one, and Jiae Nozomi, the one with purple hair on her right. The one at the piano, Maki, even though she's the main vocal I can see her as Mijoo. The one with long blue hair, Umi, I'd say she's Yein and the girl next to her with silver hair, Kotori, is Kei. Honoka, in the center, is the leader but I see her as Sujeong. The last one on the right is Rin and I can see her as Jin while, on her left, there's Hanayo and I would say that she's Jisoo. The one faceng the back with black hair is Niko but they're nine so I'll just leave her there lol.

Ok, so, I got this idea for a future concept. Tell what do you think about it ~ It will be a ghost concept. Everything starts with a masked man entering in an old house. He's got a little shining diamond with him ( maybe on a ring he's got on a finger ) and he's looking for something. The girls are inside the house and they're all dressed in white, they are some kind of ghosts who lives in the house. They are meant to look innocent and pure, that will be perfect with their image. This man is looking around the house, looking for something and every time they see him the girls hide themselves from him. I imagined Yein looking trough a semi closed door and kei hiding into a closet. The man is not a good person, when he notices Kei in the closet he locks it. She can't exit because, even though they are ghosts, they are still quite "solid". The man finds a way into something that looks like an underground room, a very old one. He's not reached it yet, he's still on the stairs, but as he get closer to that room the girls start to get less solid, for exemple I imagined Mijoo dancing in a big room and starting to fluctuate in the air without herself notice it. He arrives in front of the door and Babysoul ( the leader being the strongest B| ) finds the courage to try to stop him and tries to obstacles him by putting herself in front of the door but she's not solid anymore and he passes through her. Inside the room he finds a big diamond inside a box or something like that, it's a shining diamond like the one that he's got with him ( it was that that was keeping the girls away from him and which scared them ). The moment he takes it in his hand the girl disappear and the song ends. But there's another part of the video: the man enters in a very modern room full of technological items and puts the big diamond in a strange machine. It starts glowing deep red and the girls appears again, but this time they are all dressed in black and they look more ... evil. And then there will be a repackaged album with a more dark title track and the girls rebelling themselves to the evil masked man. Maybe that's not something that they would do now, it's too soon for them to change concept, but in a while ... who knows?

( I'm sorry I'm not putting this under spoiler but I'm on my phone rn and I don't know how to do that ) I don't really know when Hana left but using the information that you gave us it could be possible that it's her. We know that Lovelyz debut has been pushed back a lot of times so let's suppose that previously it was settled to be by the end of 2013. If Hana was told that she was too young on that year it would have been true cause nowadays companies have to be careful with the age of the idols to avoid restrictions by the law. So she left. It passes a while ad the debut gets pushed back again, now it's 2014 and Yein gets added to the group. She now is the right age to debut and Hana would have been too but too bad she left and Yein took her place. This is just supposition, obviously, but I think it may have happened this way.

I got the feeling that mijoo would totally rock short cuts. And I mean really short, like snsd sooyoung during genie era.
