Even a flop like B.A.P has had albums chart at #1 on the iTunes Hip-Hop chart in the U.S - the largest music industry in the world, and also the biggest market for iTunes. That's just to give you an idea of how irrelevant iTunes' individual genre album charts are. France is already a much smaller market than the U.S, so now you can understand how much of a non-accomplishment #7 on the Dance album chart is. You are aware that iTunes is not even one of the relevant digital music distributors in Japan, right? The Japanese iTunes charts at any given time are usually not reflective of the overall digital sales charts in Japan. Singapore, Hong Kong, Finland... loooool. Are you serious right now? If I went to one of those countries' iTunes stores and bought any random song 5 times it'd probably be charting in the real-time top 40 after that. It's fine though considering that the WIN show was not popular at all outside of Korea. Maybe Team B will even chart in the top 5 of the French iTunes Dance Albums chart after they debut with their new lineup. Wouldn't that be something?

Yeah it's just a shame that not many people use iTunes in those countries so 20 people purchasing the song would probably be enough to make it chart that high rofl. But it's nice that they "slayed" on Indonesian iTunes or whatever. If only that "huge" international fandom voted a bit harder, maybe they could've saved Team B from 2-3 more years of monthly evaluations. It would be a good idea but I don't see it happening at least until after YG makes his planned member changes. I can see him re-introducing the revised Team B through some sort of variety program or self-camera type show once it's almost time for them to debut.

Yes, it actually is. YG doesn't continue to spoon-feed his artists for their entire careers. After a certain point he expects them to develop at least a minimal level of artistry and musical independence. And Teddy isn't a bottomless well of creative ideas. He's running dry because he was being forced to keep creating albums' worth of original material for 2NE1, on a schedule and all by himself without any help from the members. If they had a GD or KSY in their group, they wouldn't be struggling to release an album.

Truth. Reminds me of the BlowJobs/BlackJacks that blame YG and every artist on its roster for the fact that 2NE1 has no talent and can't compose their own songs (which is the real reason why they can't produce a new album). And now, the VIPs that blame WINNER for the fact that Big Bang is old and about to disband. They're not debuting on Monday. Read the official statement. YG is releasing studio versions of some of their orignal songs from the show on Monday (think of it as a WIN OST). They won't officially debut as WINNER until December or January at the earliest.

It's probably that. In the translation I read, there's going to be 4 songs released on Monday under 'WIN' and then Team A will debut next year as 'WINNER'. Studio versions of Team B's songs are probably among the 4.

I like how LSH makes himself the main character of all his dance routines No but really though, he does it well. I don't think any of the others could pull of his parts with as much conviction as he does.

Re-watching again and you guys have every reason to be proud of them. They absolutely murdered all of their performances, especially Climax which was by far the best and most memorable performance of the night. YG shouldn't wait too long. They're pretty much ready to debut now.

I don't think it was scripted in that sense. Most of the situations were obviously arranged by the producers but I don't think they were acting. Also, I'm one of the people who believes that the votes were real. Just on that basis that there were times when the editing seemed to imply that they were trying to sway people to vote a certain way. I like Mino the most but I'm a fan of LSH too. All of the members are growing on me now though.

I have to give it to YG. He saw something in LSH even back when he was kinda sucky on K-Pop Star. And well... he was right. Even if YG isn't the best at picking 'perfect' vocalists or making 'perfect' idols, he knows how to spot a diamond that just needs to be polished. I think that's why his groups have so much more charm than others (IMO).
