You can obsess over the MV views but you will see that voting and a dedicated fandom makes a difference in many aspects.

I'm sure he did. He mentioned making all types of songs but not knowing what YG would choose to promote. I had feeling it would be on the slower side b/c YG tends to do that with Winner. Welp, I just hope I like it. Oh, interesting. Didn't know she knew him. Maybe she worked on a track with Mino?

No, there's no mistake. BBH has always been the most popular MV. My point is that views will always be split between the 2 MVs. Voting is what will really help the girls in getting a win at this point. There are 2 categories for voting. They got 43 and 102 points out of a possible 500 and 1000 points. That's a huge loss of possible points.

Voting does matter. It means even if they're lacking in SNS, album sales, or Digital points, voting can help make up for it, that's why it's even there in the first place. I think ifans are doing a great job. 2mvs that will both hit 30mill in less than 2 months. How many rookie groups gain views the way the girls have? Even groups who have debuted before them. You also have to keep in mind that EXO has 1 MV. No matter how much you want everyone to only stream "Whistle," viewing will be split between the 2 MVs.

It's not so much the streaming for MVs as it is the voting. Their SNS score is still decent for nearly a month old song, but there are 2 categories for voting. The girls barely get half of the scoring for it. If they just got alittle more than half for each of the last two voting categories on Inki, they would have won. The max scoring for the last 2 categories are 500 & 1000 which EXO gets every time b/c their fandom is strong enough. But there is only so much the i-fans can do when voting. It has to come from the kfans (they'll be really necessary for year end voting like Melon Music Awards), but the girls don't really have a fandom yet b/c YG isn't really promoting them much. Like I said a few weeks back, I hope we see a significant difference in their fandom size after BPTv starts airing.

Dammmm. The last 2 categories for voting are so low. /sigh YG realy needs to start building their korean fanbase since they didn't have any pre-show and don't appear anywhere other than Inki. I hope I'll see a significant different once BPTv starts airing. Having the GP love you is great, but they can always be fickle but loyal fans will always be there. They help a group last longer and achieve many things. I wish YG would get that. BTW, what is the 2nd category? They have zeros for both songs

He just comes off as lazy. I mean, he can't take a similar route as Tori for CL? It's like he was banking on her kpop fandom to do all the work or something. I always thought it was strange that YG was the one doing the US releases.
