and its Kyu that told them to come to their concert since according to Kyu Bb he attended D&E concert so they should come to KRY concert too, and its supposed 2b Hae only IDK what kind of sorcery/aegyu Kyu did 2 make Hyuk come 2 the concert too
Ah, members participating in each others concert feels normal to me. When D&E had their concert, Ryeowook and Kyuhyun went to support and perform there so I don't see how them doing the same is doing any harm.

Is anyone else actually... kinda not okay with D&E highjacking KRY's concert? Like, the dance battle was entertaining, and obviously they all love each other to bits and D&E wouldn't/couldn't do this without KRY's permission, so it's probably not a big deal and I could be making a mountain out of a molehill. But this is KRY's big comeback, their time to get back in the game so that they can hopefully help carry SuJu through the next couple years, and D&E have had plenty of time and opportunity to promote themselves while KRY have been on hiatus. It wouldn't kill them to sit back for a few hours and let KRY do their magical thing. But NOPE. Can't let another subunit have the spotlight for too long, apparently.
Sorry... It's my bitterness from SS6 boiling over, I think. If KRY are fine with it, I shouldn't care so much.

I wonder why he's not going out much, though. Is it just plain exhaustion? Craving some privacy, a little time to tend to his own needs instead of giving everything to please everyone else? Can't blame him, but I hope he doesn't isolate himself too much.
Aaaaaaaand now I'm confused again about whether he's an introvert or an extrovert. I was starting to think extrovert for sure, but nope. Maybe he's smack-dab in the middle of the spectrum, or fluctuating between the two extremes, idk. What do you guys think?

Helloooo, I just came home from SS6
Everything was amazing.Kyuhyun was so freaking perfect. I saw him when he appeared the first time with general-like costume near my side, he looked like a living doll with his pale skin and tall stature. He was also so playful and active during ment. He danced, did a handstand, and joked a lot, speaking English and Indonesian often. He introduced himself as "Kyuhyun Cho"
His My Thought, Your Memories and At Gwanghwamun were beautiful. He sang My Thought, Your Memories while sitting at the middle of the extension stage, and At Gwanghwamun more to the front, after taking his white coat off. The whole hall sang with Kyuhyun for At Gwanghwamun. I fall in love all over again with his beautiful voice. Oh he also sang a bit of the Chinese version.
After Swing, during SJM ment, he took his black jacket off so he only wore white tshirt, and wow his arms are no joke. I hereby confirm that Kyuhyun has muscly arm now
I don't see him much for Elsa stage but after a bit of Let It Go, they sang Rokkugo. Big Elsa was really big
I took almost 500 pictures (not all Kyuhyun), so I will update later when I have time to edit, perhaps next weekend. Meanwhile, here are some previews

i know a lot of people are rallying against SM for the fate of SS6, but i wonder if it's possible that the boys just ... didn't want to go anywhere else? they're older now and perhaps they don't do as well with the long flight times and the jet lag.
That could be the case. Or maybe it's not that they don't want to, they just can't. Maybe they have a bunch of plans they need to start preparing for ASAP (8jib? KRY album? Kyu solo or SJM comeback?
God, I wish), or maybe they're just too freaking tired. This has been a disappointing tour compared to SS5 in several ways, but if ending it early is what's best for them and they're okay with it, then so be it.Poor baby looks bushed.

I always use http://www.clipconverter.cc/. Lets you pick what kind of file you want to convert to, how long you want the sound clip to be, what quality, etc., plus it's pretty fast, and doesn't have tons of ads or sketchy extra download buttons. It's pretty great.

I have got to say, after watching the first two episodes of Dugeun Dugeun India, it makes me like Kyu even more (if that is even possible). We usually don't get to see Kyu as the hyung as he is the maknae of both Radio Star and SJ, so when I see how he quietly takes care of his dongsaengs from behind
I knew he was a sweet person, but to see him take care of other people first hand... I am really hoping for Dugeun Dugeun season 2 now so I can keep seeing this side of Kyu (and to see more of singingKyu cause I can never get enough of that). I can tell already that he is not the type of person who uses the privileges of being the mat-hyung (oldest hyung) all that much, like ordering the younger ones around, but instead takes on the responsibility of being the oldest and takes care of the younger ones (like a mother hen )The way treats his juniors is wonderful. He respects them, and doesn't make a show of demanding respect in return. I dunno exactly how he feels about the age-based social hierarchy, but based on this and also on how he talks back to and teases his bandmates, I've kinda gotten the impression that he's... not that fond of it. Finds it too restrictive. At the very least, he won't let an age difference get in the way of a potential friendship.

Regarding the recent Leeteuk drama and his relationship with Kyuhyun... I dunno
what Teuk did to piss off that journalistwhy that article popped up all of a sudden, but damn. Somebody's out for blood.But yeah, that Radio Star incident still concerns me for what it implies about group dynamics. If it were just a harmless joke or well-intentioned advice that got lost in translation, Kyuhyun probably wouldn't have reacted the way he did.
but i am tired of SJ fans white-washing their relationship to make it seem as if leeteuk has been nothing but an angel kyuhyun. while i think leeteuk is a good leader, that doesn't mean that i think he was a good person. he used to be kind of a dick. before the car accident, he bullied kyuhyun, flat out. you don't need to be a kyuhyun fan to see that, you just need to be a person with an ounce of sense.
i'm not saying they have a bad relationship, but some of the examples fans gave of their "closeness" are a little dubious to me. like the one where leeteuk kept calling kyuhyun's name after his accident. like ................... he was just thrown from a car. you'd have to be a sociopath not to be upset.
Hear, hear! Fans can't keep pretending everything was always sunshine and rainbows between them when Kyuhyun has been pretty damn blunt on multiple occasions about how badly Leeteuk (and most of the others) treated him at first. And y'know, at this point, I dunno if I'd even say Leeteuk is a good leader. I think he tries to be a good leader, but he has serious personal issues that hinder his judgement and hurt his relationships with the other members. He can be petty, short-tempered, he's deeply depressed and terribly insecure, and from the very beginning all that's influenced how he interacts with Kyuhyun in particular. And I really do think he cares about Kyuhyun now, but the Radio Star incident showed that Leeteuk's insecurities are still there, still pitting him against Kyuhyun in his mind. A good leader should not be ruled by their insecurities like that.
I also gotta wonder how effective Leeteuk can possibly be at resolving conflicts and fostering healthy communication between other members of the group, which would be important skills for the leader of a particularly large, rowdy group to have. For example, I think about how blind-sided they were by Han Geng leaving and wonder, how the fuck did they not see that coming? It only makes sense if they didn't know he was suicidal, or the extent to which his health was declining, which suggests a fucking critical failure of communication. And dear god, do I hope they've all learned from it...
Raises hand; I am one of those Kyu fans. I don't want to dwell on past things he has done, I am disappointed with the current, post-military Lee*teuk. I have had these feelings about him for a long time actually and finally writing about it now. Unlike bandwagon haters, I don't consider him talentless - his MC abilities are very admirable and I can tell he takes his leadership role very seriously within the group. But I thought he would have finally stopped this favouritism towards certain dongsaengs cough cough Eunhae and finally started to show equal treatment towards the other members (well especially Kyu due to their past history and all if you know what I mean). But when I see them during SS6 and during the RS episode last year, I can still see his awkwardness (and occasionally petty jealousy- some fans will deny this but I see it) towards Kyu and I seriously can't stand that since his role in the group is being the leader, which means he should give equal treatment towards all the members. I think they are on friendly terms, but that favouritism disappoints me so much. As a fan who follows SJ activities closely, I can see all this, and it hurts as a Kyu fan. I still can't get over the fact he said that Eun*hyuk should have been the RS MC when he guested on the show last year - stop with the favouritism and the dwelling of the past! Kyu is the RS MC, get over it!
Maybe I am being unfair towards Teuk, but that is how I feel towards him. I guess that makes me a fandom traitor as some of the SJ fans would call me.
To be fair to Teuk, I do think he's chilled out a bit post-military, but yeah, he definitely has his favorites and it shows. And I dunno if there's any way to fix that or make it less obvious at this point, because the boundary between professional and personal matters has gotten so thoroughly blurred in SuJu. It's both a blessing and a curse, really; the favoritism is just part of the curse.

Now, that just pisses me off.
They were told multiple times that he wasn't signing autographs and that he wanted to be left alone. He was at school, taking care of his own personal business, not working, he didn't owe them his time or attention in that situation. And by being there those fans were disruspting his education and everyone else's and making the fandom look bad and just generally being dicks. Not cool.

So much for 8jib. If this is true, we may not get another Korean album from the main group until after all the '86 boys are back. Depending on when they all enlist, that could be 2-3 years from now, right? And that's assuming they don't just wait for everyone to finish military/public service, cuz by the time all the '86 boys are back... it'll be Kyu's turn. That's 4-5 years minimum if they wait for everyone, and assuming everyone enlists rather promptly.Yup, they should've just gone all at once, or in a couple batches. Coulda gotten this shit over with already. Imagine how nice it would've been, 7jib with all members there, and no nagging worry about who's gonna miss the next album...

Great, fabulous, Kyuline haven't even set foot in India or uttered a single word about the show and Seoulbeats is already railing against them. And it's true, the attitude toward India implied in the initial descriptions of the show is problematic, the show's content could turn out to be horribly problematic, and many fans' reactions - "Don't go, there's ebola!" wtf really people- have been problematic. But ... uuuuuuugh.
Why couldn't Kyuline just do a show together in Korea? Just give them their own mini-bar and a karaoke machine and film the ensuing shenanigans or something like that.
... On a happier note, he looked extra fine after the press call. Blue really is his color. And that hair. So nice.

If the producers and writers show some respect and do their research and the idols involved go with open minds, I think it could be good. Certainly an eye-opener for everyone involved. But I've got concerns...
- I'd like to think that Kyuhyun can handle this, that he's kind enough, sensible enough, willing to respect other people's customs and perspectives. But what if he slips up and accidentally says or does something offensive? Or what if he's not as open-minded as would be ideal? And I really don't know the other idols involved well enough to get my hopes up too high.
What about Radio Star? Still not my favorite show, but seeing what wonders it's done for him and how much he seems to enjoy it now... I used to think he should leave the show ASAP. Now I'm not so sure, especially if he leaves it for a potentially offensive potential flop of a show.-
There's also the issue of Robin Hood?????NEVER MIND, if filming's only February 1-6, he should be fine

Nothing showy or jaw-dropping, but it's soft and simple and just plain sweet and his voice was still so, so beautiful back then.Lawd, honey, just please don't ever wear socks with those sandals. Or, uh, wear that shirt again at all.
Also, wow. I get that idols are basically never as pale in real life as they look in official/fantaken photos, MVs, ads, SNS posts, etc., but that pic in particular reminds me how frequently and thoroughly Kyuhyun in particular gets whitewashed. It actually feels weird, seeing something closer to his real skin tone. And he ain't even that tan! He just gets bleached in Photoshop that freaking much.

Like I wrote on Twitter earlier imo he's progressed leaps and bounds. His singing was obviously super strong but also the delivery, the emotional charge was really good. He has gained this level of vulnerability in his performance that wasn't there for the press call. Back then it was all defiance and sadness. Here there's this element of desolation that at times pushes through in his voice and whole being. Watching this I properly cried, before I was just moved to tears.
Holy shit, that was good.
