I'm just talking about what i see, mostly about ifans. My point is that it makes no sense as to why some people are so pressed about it. Fine, they may claim they don't want people to shove it in sehun and luhan's faces which i absolutely agree but they seem to pruposely ignore the way both react towards shippers. Clearly shows they are not bothered by it at all but the opposite, they love the support and if we're talking about sehun, he has shown how much he loves it, he posts some things knowing full well the shippers will get it. They just systematically and purposely want to ignore all this. My take is that some fans still want the shippers to not be so loud because if even if they know it's potentially real, they still want to protect them and not cause them trouble (another reason why i also agree that shippers should keep quiet). I think it's understandable if some don't want sehun to probably feel triggered or hurt over certain past memories and the fact that they care for him enough but i'm talking about the people who genuinely believe stuff like they weren't close to begin with or that they just hate on shippers just for their beliefs only. That's insane in itself to me.

I wholeheartedly agree about Sehun being more transparent about his emotions and more outspoken about how he feels while Luhan is more secretive and seems to be a bit more logical than emotional sometimes. I have been thinking for a while about Luhan and his ways. I think him being secretive or more thoughtful about what he exposes about himself to others has to do with how he was raised.. his parents (something he said himself) were controlling and always wanted him to do what they want. Now growing up in that enviroment, you tend to keep things to yourself and be more thoughtful of what you share with them and then with everyone else, because you're scared about how they may judge you or what they may say about you in retaliation if you share your thoguhts or beliefs, even more so if it differs with what they want you to think or be. Until Luhan was old enough to study abroad and i think there he met people who were more free and he had a taste of what it felt like to do what he wanted and have that freedom at least abroad, so he didn't care about becoming a trainee and debut as an idol in korea even though his parents didn't agree with that nor wanted him to. I think it must've been extremely hard for him but i think he knew better than to let it get to him, must've understood through lots of growing up that he's the one to define his fate, probably cause he also befriended trainees and people in the industry who chase after their dreams no matter what, a lot of them must be on the same boat as him. Then and now. This is a bit of psychology that i've read in many places but i think it's important to bring up. When kids have parents that dismiss or try to supress their dreams/desires/thoughts, those kids are self concious and tend to grow with a complex of keeping stuff to themselves. That's why it's important for parents to encourage their kids and support them in whatever path they want to take, even if i know it will be hard if they have certain expectations about him. I have to admit it sort of strikes a soft spot with me cause i mentioned before parallels with luhan being like this and they way i grew up with my mom. The way he speaks about his parents and things he's shared, remind me of how my mom was with me.. my dad however was very supportive but that's another story, i grew up to be just like luhan even though i've opened up but it's just so hard, i can't help but understand how much growing up like that can affect you. (Sorry, but i really do find similarities with this and the way sehun feels, we share alike situations in those two senses i guess so it's not hard for me to relate to them) Now i developed a strong bond with my mom after we worked a lot to try to understand each other. My mother had to understand that she had to accept me the way i was (we're just polar opposites and very different character wise, it got to a poitn where it was really hard to even live in the same house lol) and i had to have a lot of patience to help her understand that so we can move past all that. Hence why i think something simmilar happened to luhan with his parents, as he's said himself that it took them a while to be supportive of what he wanted to do and that finally they accepted and would support him in whatever choices he made as long as he's happy. I really suck at finding sources for interviews and such, i regret not saving it since it's such an important piece of info but sorry but i don't have it to share it since at the time it was in one of the many things he's said and there were many interviews around. I did comment about this same exact thing and what he said several times on here though.. I think imo luhan being so sick when he left exo was a breaking point as a family for them and brought them closer since he was in such a bad shape. At the end of the day, i think they probably realized that some things are much more important than other petty arguments you may have, like your kid being happy and healthy and you have to support them no matter what, i think that is what luhan needed most and it took that for them to probably come to terms with it i guess, specially when you know he'll do whatever he feels is right for him.

I decided to take a break for a while cause i couldn't put up with some of the things i read on here which was very disappointing so i chose to remain quiet instead of causing more distressed, i just wish people would instead take a moment to relax and cool off before saying certain offenssive things and think through so then they don't have to regret it. The only thing I have to point it is about these few things you mention. I don't understand the obssession to only consider the theory of a break up as the only viable option to a public announcement? Especially when you have evidence coming up every day exposing how none of it makes sense and "evidence" that lufans/selu shippers keep debunking because it's flawed and has holes everywhere vs a ship that has infinite amounts of irrefutable evidence. They never gave off that vibe that something wrong could've gone between them and you mentioned it pretty well when it comes to Sehun's behaviour. This cannot go unnoticed and people need to think it through. If we say they have been dating all this time, besides counting how their relationship was prior to Luhan leaving Exo and then afterwards with all the hints and such, why would it suddenly turn to this after so many years of supposedly being together and surpassing the obstacles they've been exposed to? This is not how relationships work in the real world! This isn't an angsty fanfic or movie. People just don't dump others and start dating whithin few months after such a long time of being together (hypothetically speaking, because i'm using such theory some people have taken out of nowhere but everyone knows my stand on SeLu and tbh, i guess it means they never really believed in them as they said they did *side eye*). People grief relationships after dating for so long, they need to come to closure and healing and that takes years even! (unless you didn't love them in the first place and whatever relationship you think Selu had, we still know how much they loved and love each other, also how they always appreciated and treassured each other so much) you don't just move on like that so sorry to break it to some people but this theory is just baseless, be serious and start taking time to sit back and put 2+2 together. Now, another thing i'd like to point out is that Sehun hadn't had a change in behaviour from some months ago. Sehun has never been the same after Luhan left and we all know that. He's had constant ups and downs for years and he's been dealing with many issues that i think mainly stem from Luhan, that seems to have caused a shift in his whole life, even physically. You made such a good points about Sehun's personality that it's important to remark too that it can get unbearable to deal with the fact that you have to be away from someone you love and can't see them, hold them, share moments with them as often as you wish you could, that in itself rips you apart and this comes from someone who had to deal with it. I was not myself and it hurt like hell, i've never been through such a pain so that's why i can relate to Sehun on that level and understand him. It also doesn't help that even if, let's just say they're together, you have to see the other person pretending to be with someone else for the public.. because that imo is a reminder of how much more tough you have it adding up you're both two males in such industry. Of course Sehun knew beforehand right away this would go down and that still is no exception for him from feeling shitty about it anyway (I think closest people to Luhan knew beforehand too, like Tao and such, which speaking of him being close to both, it's telling how he's mum about all this when he's always giving love and support to Luhan openly). I still believe too that Sehun's update on that day was more towards fans/shippers who were thinking and wondering about him which is crazy how aware they are to people's comments, i know they see them on their SNS but the fact that he felt the need to update as his way to show he's doing fine and eating with Kyungsoo is mindblowing.. how much they care for the people who support them to do that gives me warmth and that is why things like this should always remind people how important the support is for them and how much they need it! They always think of us, whether it's from liking posts by shippers wishing well to both of them as Luhan did for NYE, to how happy they get when they see banners and etc. I still have doubts if he cried or not but it definitely looks like he hasn't been sleeping or resting well at least (i hope Luhan feels better as well because that selfie he posted earlier clearly shows he's not well, coincidentially). Speaking o fLuhan's parents, they haven't been able to force him into things or out of his choices for a long time and specially at his age now but i do think they sighed in reflief because i think they care deeply for his public image at least and what others think of the people that raised him and well, they're just conservative like that (I may remind people that even if you have conservative parents, a lot of the time they may shrug off whatever their kids choose to do in private as long as it doesn't directly affect their public image as parents if the image of their kid takes a blow. Like, it doesn't matter what you do as long as people don't find out about it.. but besides all that, i think luhan has made progress into getting his parents to come to terms with the fact that he isn't changing who he is to please others and they need to accept him for who he is and his choices, he even mentioned that in an interview a while ago) I also wanted to say that it's so interesting how Luhan was about to drop out of the industry this year but now he hasn't, i feel like he was being a bit impulsive when he said that. Like wanting to drop it all off but i guess he also enjoys doing music and acting, we'll see in the future but i always had the theory that they're both done with the idol industry. Sehun, i'm afraid of what will happen when Exo's contracts renewal comes because i highly doubt he will renew unless he can have the upper hand in the contract where they accept his clauses. No! i noticed this for such a long time already! Baek can't even conceal his fond, he turns to mush every time he looks and laughs about everything chanyeol says. I agree, i think he becomes fragile too when it comes to chanyeol and i think we talked about it before many times but baek just wants to be taken cared of by him and chanyeol has shown he loves doing that. It's like Baek can't function without chanyeol's attention focused on him and i am a firm believer he knows the effect he has on chanyeol by using aegyo, i mean, baek himself has said he grew up being spoiled and cause he did a lot of aegyo. It reminds me of this for example: BH: You should've edited me to look cooler.. I want to be cool too.. Chanyeol-ah, I thought you would've edited it.. Does it make you feel nice to make me look clumsy like that!!! CY: It's too cute, I can't edit that out.. (And chanyeol publicly saying how it was too cute to edit it out..) Also when he was acting cute whenever talking or even posting about/for chanyeol, like his bday post. I understand, thanks for clearing it up for me! maybe what you said wasn't that well understood by me (and sorry but lately i've been busy so i can't come as often and can't remember all users and how they think so i get a bit mixed up but i know most people here if not pretty much everyone are not the kind to make such comments) but maybe i wanted to say it for future refference as well for anyone else reading it that may get an idea or may not be educated enough, idk. And i agree with pretty much everything you just said, i don't think baek is actively trying to do it but i think he may give it a try whenever he gets a chance to or feels it fits, it feels almost as if defiant though imo. Like the whole "is it weird?" and how he reacted in the comments when he made that post for chanyeol's bday and by that, i also take it as in trying to set some kind of difference, that people shouldn't be weirded out or just take him for said "weirdness" as it is and accept it. In that way, i feel that it is a bit of an unconvetional way to do it, at least imo. Not like trying to expose himself but more about how he is and people accept him for that, it is linked to his sexuality but more about choices and ways he has i guess. I also don't think he'd ever want to be in the situation he was in years ago, since he suffered so much and he's so happy today but it makes me wonder if years later and him having enough support from his loved ones, it would be different if it were to happen again at some point. I mean, i think about this sometimes cause that wasn't something he chose and obviously made up so i think it made it all the worst, but if you're so sure/secure/confident in your relationship and in love, you also have the support you need from your close loved ones (which is what matters most i guess), would the rest matter? and i just think about all that.. if he would go through it the same way as all that bs before. I think there is a difference between feeling free about expressing your sexuality and feeling free about expressing yourself. It's not the same even if it's related to a degree. Baekhyun has been showing lately how much more comfortable he is feeling and especially when it comes to chanyeol, he does some skinship with him now that we never would've thought it would be possible yet he's opening up more. The thing is that in SK you can't be "open" enough about it or you can be as open as you can get. Some idols are believed to be not straight for a number of things they have said and done over the years, like heehcul but even he still has to throw a spoon here and there claiming to have some history of straightness cause among all the things he does, he still has to throw something around to not arise speculation.. even if there will always be or it's the wrost kept secret now (there's people out there who actually still believe he is straight but whatever), he needs to keep some at bay to then be able to freely do/say as usual (Like, claiming he had a gf at one point or saying he likes when girls wear certain skirts though then he will continue acting as his usual non-straight self like an ig live naked in bed with rumoured bf yet many people still claim he's straight. It's like balancing). So i don't think we should expect baek to be open about his sexuality, at least not in a conventional or obvious way and if he is, i feel like these are the hints he will throw around to form some sort of awareness in people that follow him and support him that can read into what he's trying to convey, etc, at least for some to catch onto it and i mean, he's been so close to heechul lately and all this comfortableness in public has also started to become more solid after growing really close to him. So basically, as Cherrysè said, i think those are the small details that could give away Baek could be hinting at something, even if it's intentional or not cause i don't think we can expect something other than that, it's not something major but it definitely makes a difference i guess. And i will not say much about Sehun but if we're going to take things like "i like men""he's not interested in girls", etc and deny it as indicative of sexual orientation then god help us all. I will not go into arguments over it cause i respect others having different opinions and i hope you don't take this personally nor the wrong way tbh, i don't dwell too much on his sexuality itself unless the topic is brought on with a substantial discussion, but i feel like some comments of this nature shouldn't be too overanalized cause it can sound like denial to valid heteronormativity (not being interested in dating =/= not being interested in certain gender. Not the same thing). At the same time, i thought overall it was inappropriate how baek said it but it feels like sehun himself is so careless about others opinions or what they think of him that even the members acquired that and say these types of comments without realizing the implications behind them (or maybe they do and know sehun won't bat ane yelid, idk) but then sehun himself doesn't even seem bothered to make an effort to clarify it i guess so if he isn't, i don't think anyone else should do it for him tbh. I just wanted to clarify a little bit and this applies in general, not to sehun and just because someone hasn't right out expressed what their sexual orientation is does not mean he is meant to be instantly considered straight (or any sexual orientation but that's up to each person's opinion, just not state it as facts). I also feel like this is very connected to the subject discussed above. I was so surprised when i saw this today! Baek did that! What kidn of teasing is that?!? He's the one sort of intimidating chanyeol now, such a contrast to the early days and how baekhyun always behaved around him! Aren't they so romantic? those songs really strike a cord when you're dealing with such situation which you cna relate so closely to said song and it stays with you for so long T.T and all their songs, mostly Lu's and the ones he always chooses from other artists are so simmilar and connected to SeLu and their story Oh this teaser reminded me so much as well tot he whole "yesterday i saw a lion kiss a deer" and Sehun also saying he loved that song right? Also how Sehun has been hinting at tigers/lions, etc before.. ugh!
