BB200 has rules about domestic sales because Billboard has charts in various countries including SK. This entire thing is disingenuous at best and fraud at worst.

Oricon stated that they don't account international sales anymore since 2011 or 2012, but you all did still bulkbuy through Japan Fans to be counted to oricon then later ship it internationally or buy it directly in store in Japan. It is reflect the chart but don't reflect popularity too right. So how does now it is fraud  when there already fraud in many charts. 

Why it is scam now to buy the album through American stores yet you all buy album through stores that count to Hanteo, Gaon and Oricon to boost the chart too? 

Actually the real question is why suddenly it is a matter when there are no "pure" now because everyone sell their album at least with one gimmicks?
