Are you asking or are you saying that that's true? If you're asking then: I'm assuming that the case was registered, because I'm pretty sure it is illegal to investigate the way they did if they did not have a permit for it- which is only given when they register a case against the perpetrator for the alleged crime. I'm assuming. Does anyone else know? If you're saying that that's true: Where did you hear that from?

Oh. Well then I suppose Dispatch and the friggin PROSECUTORS who defended Bom are delusional fangirls as well? We're delusional for questioning why a four year old case was brought up years later but yeah, you're completely of a sane frickin mind for demanding why Bom isn't rotting in jail for a case that was investigated and dropped four years ago. I mean, NO ONE is denying Bommie's ignorance and carelessness, but Dispatch CLEARLY defined why Bom wasn't prosecuted but they choose to ignore all that. Like eff off. Also, I don't give an eff how "legit" that Segye Ilbo newspaper is- they decide to talk about Bom's "attempted smuggling of drugs" in 2010 as front page headlines on the same day that other news sources attempt to talk about the Sewol Ferry and that government worker homicide issue- AND they gave us NONE of the information dispatch did and only stated that Bom attempted to smuggle drugs and the prosecutors let her off letting the general public assume the worst because they KNOW that the first impression of the story is what matters the most- AND they just so happen to be a newspaper with strong ties to the government?- AND SK has a history of throwing celebrities under the bus to hide the government's shady business? Yeah, no. That And finally, allkpop is fucking shit.
