Okay was i the only one that thought they were channeling those goth grunge concepts you see often in the japanese scene AFTER watching the MV. I think Babymetal is like their inspiration or something in terms of the kind of group they would like to be or concept they would like to project. Although i still think the teasers gave a wrong impression and the company should have done something I don't know it seems like wallstreet journal saw kpop and nazi in the same sentence somewhere and picked up the article.- 18 replies

Because TOP will actually tell GD straight out where the mess needs to stop. Also, GD has to fight for his presence with TOP unlike Tae. No offence to Tae, it's his personality and how their relationship is. But with TOP he is actually gonna be like yea no, lets take it towards this direction. And since GD always gets creative control priority by his own company TOP probably isn't up for fighting for something again (i think this is the reason for the tension between them during ... after vol.1 tbh) which might end up skewing towards GD's aesthetic. GD and TOP will never happen some time soon.

I don't know but i have noticed that socially and in the current generation there is somewhat a blurred line in that sense: for example exile (produces artists that are somewhat idol like but maintain a divide between private and profession, they pretty much are free of the idol social restrictions and are labelled as performers) who have dark half african or black members ... the japanese industry have alot of artists that have different race backgrounds. They also have the bgyaru culture ... they are the most open in terms of asian cultures for sure. I have noticed that they somewhat make an effort to look beyond colour, if your pretty then you are, they don't always factor in colour in that perception However, they still uphold their traditional beauty standards and there is still colorism and racism, but the extent relative to asia is quiet okay.

At this point it seems like Heong awkward dancing worst in ikon so far can't accommodate ikon's stage persona vocal colour is great visual is great bad lives and vocal stability and projection so far Dodo chipmunk ver.2.0 Good dancer vocals stable but vocal colour is a no no Team B member (like it or not this is an advantage to the group's dynamic, mentality and to him in terms of voting) I personally (as of now) don't care for both .. as long as 5 out of 7 are talented either overall or at a particular aspect because this is a a) kpop group that is concentrated on performance and b) a large group in my perspective. B.I, Bobby, Jinny, Junhoe, Jin (I prefer yoyo over dodo btw) ----> have to stay for me ....

Backtrack both ikon and this forum trust those sentiments were there and that still doesn't make a void in my argument as to why Chanshit will go through. I actually think Jinny's team both last time and this time should have won but ... there were 4 other judges aside from YG and they won mostly based of re-arrangement or effort ... I personally see it .. and only that part I think the amount of shitting on this team upped because yall are distressed with what happened today/ annoyed Hong didn't shine n B.I's team which is a lost opportunity and that yall are no longer on his ass... but eh, like I said before Imma just deal with whatever the fallout of mix n match is when it ends.

Man you need to chill had Bobby's team won Chanshit would have been confirmed and had his team came second to Jinny's chanshit ... as you saw would still be confirmed. Take your baggage somewhere else though because it was a mock ... YG is a troll and if this goes on like this then I'd like to see how you fuming all over the place is going to help I understand the frustration but a day ago yall were worshiping Heong and most were okay with B.I's team coming in first to save him barring the dodo sentiments but because yg pulled the shit he pulled today yall are backtracking... Ikon's fandom is seriously loosing their mind over this show.

I actually liked the arrangement and that was the only fucking reason they won, it was ratchet yes but made for a stage hype. About heong ... i think he would have shined alot more on Jinnys team music choice. Thats not to excuse that stage lankiness and that unstable vocal ... i get now why lee hi was frustrated and I Am an ot5 + jin and heong all the way. The judges were fucking high for picking chanwoo ... fucking high (deluded as hell) they regretted it as soon as junhoe opened his fucking mouth to save himself.

You guys i just imagined when all this is over and the aftermath of the final lineup -emotionally- they are actually going to debut ... like actually. Soon this thread is going to be about a who is next teaser, MVs, comeback stages, varieties that are more for healing our biased soul rather than ripping it apart.
