1. Thankyou for replying btw. So nice of you guys.

The artist had "girl" in the name? That could only be The Girl And The Robots or Dream Girls. Unless "girl" is part of the song title?

edit: wait did you mean someone posted it in this thread or it was featured for an Artist of the Week thread?

I think I saw it at the artist of the week thread because I remember discovering it with waa wei's phenomenal You lovely bastard album.

Maybe it's Shi Shi (孫盛希)? Her debut album is titled Girls.

omg yes!

Thankyou xxx
2. Okay ... I have an absurd request. I had once listened to an album by an artist I think that was featured here once (around 2014 I think). It was her first album and I can't remember anything but the word 'girl' and the colours blue or purple in relation to it. Literally this is all I have to go off of.

I'm going through the Cpop featured artists but does anyone have any idea of who it might be?
3.

You're welcome!

More info
Okay, there aren't very many links on info besides music. But I can offer some personal knowledge.
Crew Info:
So, Nucksal is in another crew called RHYDMEKA. He is also in the duo, Future Heaven. He's a former member of New Block Babyz, also known as NBBz. Fellow NBBz member, New Champ formed the NBBz sub crew, Guereallaz. Guereallaz was created as a crew that focuses more on the rap aspect from NBBz. It's members consist of Nucksal, New Champ, Young Jay, Jayho, Qwala and Samuel Seo. Fellow Guereallaz member, Young Jay is also a member of RHYDMEKA.
I'm feeling you on a spiritual level right now.  :ilove:

Thanks a lot !!! I discovered him through Deepflow's ep where he did a track with Huckleberry P as well (which they did at a HI LITE show and he was fire so I had to check him out) also through Bulhandang as well.

BTW, do you happen to know where his name Nucksal comes from?

4.

A) Vismajor Company or VMC is the label that Nucksal is in. Don Mills is also in the label.

B) I think A Tribe Called Next is a collab EP by Bulhandang. Nucksal features in the EP. Not sure about a crew tho.

C) Nucksal is a member of Guereallaz (also known as GUE). Don Mills is not a member, but he is associated with members of the crew. Such as being in the same label as Nucksal and doing collabs with other members of the crew.

Hope this helps.

Aaaa Thank.you. !

You responded to both posts, I appreciate that.

If you do have any links for more info on Nucksal or just personal knowledge, knowing it's too much of a stretch to an inquiry, please don't hesitate to add on, that would be great.

Thanks again 0803.png

5. Hi, I didn't know where else to go and this seemed like an appropriate inquiry relative to the thread.

So anyways, I have recently discovered Nucksal's music. That said he's always linked to these three things: #a tribe called next #vismajor #guereallaz

I just want to know more about

a)Nucksal and vismajor (assuming his studio name or something?)

b)A tribe called next which is associated to Bulhandang, are they a new crew?

c) Nucksals association to guereallaz (Don millz is on there btw)

6. I always found interesting the fixation of the Japanese for "reading the atmosphere". Is something cultural, isn't it?

Anyways, good luck Ami with that solo debut!

Isn't that a universally used saying for something along the lines of not being able to tell the popular opinion or the current unsaid notion in a specific time, place etc.

It makes sense specially with regards to the public opinion that does not neceserily support such a move.

Like for example kpop wise Yewon, the current public opinion and her recent career choice (stay on public tv or not apologize).

7. Okay IMHO, this over dramatized reaction to her work is beyond me. Incase Korea hasn't noticed their indie music is riddled (in the best sense) with people like her with her vocal colour and even better compositions and charisma:j.rabit, Taru, Morrie, J.ae, Fanny fink, standing egg's girl vocalist, hell even jang yoon ju ... I mean i could go on and on.

8. GD&TOP made an entire album together + both are rappers so of course there would be some clashes in opinions, whereas GDYB made one song together in the studio whilst working on BBs album "because they were bored" - and Good boy was the result of that. There were no initial plans for it to even be released or promoted as a subunit single.

I don't know where people are getting the idea that GD is being bossy or that YB is some sorta pushover (mind you, this is the man who took 4 years to release his solo album because he wouldn't compromise/clashed with YG over the direction of his album).

GD himself does say there would probably have been clashes if GDYB had made an album together, but since its just one song they made with a light heart for fun its not that big of a deal.

yg wouldn't let him go in the direction he wanted, looks like Taeyang fought for this for those 4 years but he finally ended up giving up and compramising.

YB wants to go in the frank ocean/weeknd direction. Whereas, YG wants rnb trey songz becaude they sell well to the public in his, YG's opinion.

If anything that shows the companies attitude towards gd vs. Other artists and well as taeyang incomparision to gd and top. gd produces an album in a year without mentioned contradictions and top simply go to release doom dada because yg gave up and just let him so his thing. So taeyang is seen inferior to gds productions because of his aesthetic and well in comparision to top, top either has it his way or releases barely nothing.

Another thing is GD says its easier to work with Taeyang so he made the comparision regardless of whether it was an album vs. Single meaning he still thought the comparision was valid.

It doesn't take an idiot to realize Ringa Linga and Good boy were more GD than Taeyang, yet with Vol.1 both GD and TOP shined. Hence people are making a valid assumption on the idea that Taeyang seems to take the back seat with GD as opposed to TOP.
