Another perk of an awards team is that you can give yourself awards too ;) ~ Making awards is a lesser degree, but it will be something we need help with eventually. When awards are changed, we sit around for days making hundreds (if not, a thousand plus) awards. But, our main focus is finding amicable, trustworthy, and responsible users to help give awards.

Junior Moderator Application Junior Moderators have the same responsibilities as current Moderators; however, they will be ushered through a training period before being given full moderator powers. Once they are properly acclimated to their new role and proven their aptitude to manage the forum, they will be promoted to full Moderator status. Awards Team OneHallyu is expanding again, and we are addressing one of the bigger demands that we've had recently: Awards. The task and job of giving out awards can be very stressful, time consuming, and strenuous. Therefore, this position will be very selective, yet very rewarding. We are looking for 2-4 people to help form this new department. You will need to give awards in a timely manner and keep up with the ever expanding awards thread. In return, every member of the Awards team will receive 4 temporary staff awards (to create their own 2x2 badge grid) while they are on the awards team. UPGRADE COMPLETE! Thanks for waiting through the minor downtime. We're back, better, and faster. Due to some big comebacks this month, OneHallyu has preemptively gone ahead and upgraded our servers! We've added twice as much RAM to help the website's stability and speed. We are hoping that with the additional RAM, our website can handle the additional traffic next week. Our staff will be on monitoring the entire situation, so if there are any issues (downtime, crashes, too much lag), we will immediately try to remedy the situation the best we can.
